This lip balm is the key to my happy marriage... seriously, my top wife responsibility, is making sure we never run out of the original Burts Bees! My husband loves it that much. He is never ever without a tube in his pocket! He loves the slight mint tingle and it works the best at healing and preventing chapped lips! I enjoy it too but he is a number one fan

I decided to try this product because my lips were really chapped, always happens this time of year (fall/ winter). Ive been using this product for about a week, my lips are 100% better, so soft, no more chapped lips. My husband hates kissing me when i have chapped stick on and he didnt even realize i was wearing it. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!

I've used nothing but BB original for at least 25 years, and this new formula is so awful. Like others have stated, I can't figure out what's different. The ingredient list is exactly the same. I don't care about the packaging changes, but to mess with the formula is unforgivable.

A couple of years ago, my mother was hospitalized for an extended time and was bed bound. Her lips would crack and peel. The petroleum based products provided by the hospital were just not working for her. I happened to have a new tube of your original formula lip balm in my purse and used it on her lips off & on for a day. The next day, when my father & I visited, she ordered him to go buy her several tubes as it worked so wonderfully well. After that, she never used any other lip balms and I think she even converted several of her friends to your brand, heh.

My friends know me as the one with the "chappiest" lips because I refused to use any brand of lip balm, when my friend insisted I use Burt's Bees I immediately fell in love with the cool sensation and the non-fruity flavor of it, I recommend this product to anyone who is "anti-lip balm"

at first, i was skeptical on the price and effectiveness, but someone bought me a gift set with this item in it, and i cannot live without it! this lip balm is long lasting, the best moisture you could get from balm! ever since that genorous gift, i have been living on burts bees for months! its good for you, the environment, and is overall better than anything else on the market!

Ive been using burts bees lip balm for a number of years now and I would recomend it to anyone. Id choose it over chapstick any day. I love how the classic lip balm gives you the right amount of moisture to get you through the day while not putting that "heavy" feeling on your lips.

I had tried to put it on my lips and the chapstick was just hard. Tried running it across my lips several times in hoping maybe it just needed to warm it up so it would go on my lips. Still barely could get it on my lips. What I did get on my lips it just didn't feerl like it was there and felt weird. Trying cutting wow off twice and still the same. So had to throw it away.

I REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT. FEELS GOOD, TASTES GOOD. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS A MECHANICAL ONE. I CARRY IT IN MY POCKET BECAUSE IT IS MY FAVORITE LIP BALM, BUT WHILE I'M WORKING , IT UNWINDS INTO THE CAP AND THEN BREAKS OFF WHEN I OPEN IT ..SO NOW I'M FORCED TO LEAVE IT HOME AND USE BRAND "X".

This stuff is great. Unlike some balms, it dosen't give you that nauseous feeling after too much wear. You just want to wear more. It's cooling and refreshing during any weather. It's the only lip balm I'll wear and I usually have at least five somewhere nearby
