I have been using this now for two years and I am so glad I found it. My lips get really bad in the Winter, and in the transition from Winter into Spring. I put this on before bed and when I wake up in the morning it's almost as if the soreness and and the cracks are almost gone. After 48 hours of use it's like my lips were never chapped to begin with. Absolutely LOVE this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Burt's Bees lip balm. Since the first time I used it I haven't gone back to the other brand I used to love. Always makes my lips hydrated, smooth and most important, kissable. I have one on me at all times.

I have been using Burt’s Bees for over 10 years now and it has always been my go to. However, the new packaging on their chapsticks is just not cutting it for me. I have cracked multiple lids, which has never happened to me before, and once that happens you can’t put it back on correctly and it will fall right off. You’re forced to open a new tube at that point if you’re carrying it in a purse or pocket, and I should not have to do that! Comparing the old(L) with the new(R) style caps, you can see how much thinner the packaging was made. I’ve always loved the product but I’m hoping that there will be improvements made in the future with this packaging. Trying to fix something that wasn’t broken was the wrong move!

I was a little disappointed by this lip balm because it didn't have a smooth application and the mint flavor is too strong. I find that if I have chapped lips, the mint irritates them further. Plus, the tingling sensation is overpowering as well. I highly recommend Burt's Bees Pomegranate Oil lip balm instead.

It's my favorite lip balm because it works! I love the pepperminty tingly cool sensation, too. It feels and glides on so natural. You definitely can tell when beauty products are made with mostly natural ingredients, and burt's bees never manages to disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never leave my house without this lip balm. It works wonders in the winter on my lips after being chapped from the dry freezing air and also keeps them nice and soft in the summer when im out in the sun.

I’ve been using Burt’s bees for over 5 years and have never had an issue. I keep one in my car, my purse, my desk and bed side table. I ran out and had to replace 2 a couple weeks ago. Now they’re drying my lips out more than anything and I need to find something else to use. Very upset by this!!

I absolutely LOVE Burt's Bees Orignal Chapstick! yeah, the honey is alright, but the original was my first purchase of BB's- i think I was maybe 10 years old. Its taste is to die for. It's natural. It doesn't need constant re-application or dry my lips out in the long run, unlike every other chapstick. It is cheap. It freshens my breath. It doesn't clump up or get all funky. I literally use every freaking bit of each tube i buy because I don't want to waste one bit.

I normally use the pomegranate lip balm, but this was on Christmas clearance and I thought I'd try it out. I'm glad I did! I had spent the Christmas/New Year holidays in Las Vegas this year and the dry, cold, and windy weather caused very chapped lips. This lip balm was my savior! My lips were soothed and replenished.

What more to say... classic Burt's Bees: natural, works perfectly, great texture, with a truly special original touch, the tingly feel and peppermint flavor. Though it's not my favorite BB's lip balm (honey lip balm is my favorite), it's a great product, a great value, and I've converted my whole family to it. It's my brother's favorite. Most important point: it does not feel heavy like other petroleum-based lip balms that give me headaches, and it still stays on great!
