most likely they will lose a lot of customers unless they go back to the original taste. I can tolirate the clumsy box, but the taste is what kept me buying there product but when the lose the taste they lose me.

It does NOT taste good, cold or room temp. It's not chalky, but it tastes almost like old and bland chocolate. I wouldn't buy it again. Didnt realize I couldve returned it until it was too late.

This is a good mostly clean protein drink that's naturally sweetened and doesn't have a bunch of artificial vitamins in it. The taste is more like Yoo-hoo drink than chocolate milk but I like it. If you are looking for the same I recommend it.

Great price . delicious. First time trying . Can't beat 30 gm protein for a meal replacement too . No carrageenan that most others have . Definitely buying again!

Miss the previous packaging and flavor! The new packaging contains 12 x 11oz drinks. The old ones were 12 x 12oz bottles. They took away 1oz from 12 bottles, essentially removing 1 bottle! And the change in flavor, not an improvement!

Sam’s club changed from the Raw grass fed protein in a bottle, which were amazing to this c rising of Raw protein shakes, which taste awful. The flavor is awful and barely able to be drank. Save us the hassle and bring the old ones back.

How can something naturally flavored taste like chemicals? Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this, but this was not a good first impression for me. I will be returning as I can't get past the taste.

This is supposed to be the new and improved version, but they taste watered down with less flavor, does not taste as good as the old ones in the bottle.

Tastes chemically. I really wish I wouldn't have bought a 12 pack because now I feel like I have to choke them down. Doesn't taste anything like chocolate.
