I don't know how I missed that this is halal, but i won't ever trust Sam's again for meat purchases after finding this out. Halal is cruel and inhumane, and I'm truly disappointrd in Sam's for supporting it.

I was shocked that this is "halal" meat. The process with which they kill the cow is animal abuse, in addition to praying over it in the name of allah. Will never purchase meat from Sam's Club again.

Now that I saw the description Halal certified meat I will never purchase again. The inhumane way these animals are killed their throat slit and just allowed to bleed to death in pain. Why would anybody eat this meat plus it doesn’t even taste good and it’s got some kind of filler in it, it seems like.

This made entire family sick. The only ones whondid t get sick were the ones who didn't eat the meat. The meat was eaten within days of buying and it wasnt expired. I dont know why my famil and I got sick. Maybe the meat had a food borne bacteria. Ill.never buy this again.

Wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. But unless you buy it straight from the farmer that's what we get in the stores these days and since I don't have space for a freezer, I can't buy a half a beef or something like that, so I have to eat this. Not happy with it though.

We always buy the organic hamburger from Sam’s club

Love it as it is lean and not fatty.
