I've purchased this several times but probably won't again. All 3 packages in my last puchase had several bits of hard (impossible to chew) bits of cartilage or bone in them.

I will not be buying this product again. I didn't realize that it was halal meat. The halal butchering process is extremely cruel and I will not support it.

Good for hamburgers and anything else that uses ground beef. So glad that its organic and grassfred. Just wish it came leaner 90/10 instead of 85/15. Love that it comes in 1 lb packages that can be very easily ripped apart and frozen.

I always keep this on hand! Love the packaging and stores easily in my freezer.

I am a huge fan of grass-fed beef. This ground beef is tasty and affordable.

Good for cooking for spaghetti but I don’t like to make hamburgers out of the them for the grill.

Good taste but, chewy and gristle. I usually get 80% ground beef from a local supermarket, and it is tender with no gristle. The Member's Mark is 85%, so perhaps a different cut of meat.
