I'd be happy to see a net weight on the package or number of 4 oz servings per package. Why would you not want to know how much your buying? A clever way to mask shrinkflation? Did I miss it?

It tastes wierd, gristly like bad quality meat. It is also now halal, which is insanely inhumane way to kill a cow. 2 minutes bleeding death while concious is terrible.
