I will not be buying this product again. I didn't realize that it was halal meat. The halal butchering process is extremely cruel and I will not support it.

We really like the taste of the 85% Organic ground beef, but it was very fatty when we fried it. We decided that in the future we will get the 90% regular ground beef in the triple pack because it doesn't have much fat. If Sam's ever gets better grade of Organic, we would buy it.

Freezes well as vacuum sealed packaging is easily separated with scissors, maintaining seal for remaining 1 pound portions to be used on a later date

Horrible hamburger. Loaded with pieces of hard gristle! Couldn't even eat it.

I've purchased this several times but probably won't again. All 3 packages in my last puchase had several bits of hard (impossible to chew) bits of cartilage or bone in them.

Seems to have a lot of water when you cook it down
