Great quality of beef and with a three pack making spaghetti, tacos or nachos is a breeze. Adding seasonings and cooking down with very little oil to drain.

This is ridiculously good ground beef, especially for the money. Organic, hormone and antibiotic free, grass finished, although I doubt that it is from 100% grass fed, a month on grass is going to significantly increase beta carotene in the animal's tissues. In a day and age where a burger costs $12 and, unless you're buying from Shake Shack, the beef has been exposed to antibiotics, (yes, that includes In-N-Out and Five Guys) this is of better quality that you're going to get at any other national chain. My wife doesn't even want to go out for burgers anymore. We grill our burgers on the big green egg and fry our potatoes in beef tallow at home and still save money.

False advertising. The details on back of package is only 4 ounces and there are 3 packs. This entire thing still is NOT one pound! You’re paying $20 for less than a pound!!! It will not allow me to attach a photo due to an error loading but beware!

I bought it. I tried it. I cooked it. We loved it out of those three packs we made almost 10 hamburgers. All of them were gone tasty nice and tender juicy. This is the best forget about the rest. This is it. This is the one I’m buying for my family and it’s organic.

Lately, it’s been full of gristle. I don’t know if that’s the best description, but it’s what I’ve always called it. There’s nothing that turns my stomach more. I told my husband I can’t eat it anymore. We went to Aldi beef. Much better tasting.
