This ground beef surprise me. When it is browned I did not feel the need to spoon out the fat. It was just enough to add flavor.

Needs to go back to bulk pricing.. when it was 5 dollars a pound was a good bulk sam's price. then you will get 5 starts

This meat is a high quality hamburger that has a natural flavor. The distribution of 3 sections helps me know how much I have to cook with. Is great for chili, spaghetti, hamburgers, etc.

While the price is decent for this 100% grass-fed beef, it is not very lean (80%). This means that in chilies and sauces the fat must be drained after cooking the beef, and there's a lot of it.
