These are very thick and probably not the most comfortable for athletes. However, on a heavy day I feel so protected by them.

I always use the overnight pads and they're my favorite! They make me feel better overnight and keep me feeling comfortable.

Very comfortable esspicially on your heavy flow days but I've heard it's safer not to use pads or tampons but it's still a good cheaper option.

I've used them for light leakage and they work great and a lot cheaper than men's products. I recommend them for men also
