I've tried many different brands and pads. I've even tried different styles from Always, but these are the best by far. These are the only pads that actually let me sleep with confidence that I won't wake up to a mess.

I love these. The only thing I wish is that they were wider in the front like they are in the back. I have had six children and everything about my cycle is a mess.

It doesn't really matter which ones I use, I just know that any will be great. They never leak and the wings help it stay in place for a long time. I've never worn tampons, but pads are really convenient for me

These pads work great for overnight protection. I get leakages most of the time at night and these pads helps avoid that from happening. The pads are huge but they help lol. Affordable price and I recommend these if you have a heavy flow.

I have been using always 30 years now and when the overnights came out i was really happy. Now if you could only do the overnights with wing , and fresh. i think it would change the way b.b w. feel about that time of the month. Thank you.

I have heavy,heavy periods. These are the only ones that keep my from bleeding through. They fit and feel much better than the store brands. It is a must have at my house around that time.

I love how it protects me during the night. Thick enough to absorb. Wish the wings that goes over my underwear was a little longer and the pack portion was a little bigger for better protection. Otherwise it's great.

Longest pad for heavy flow. Doesn't always keep moisture in the middle. It flows straight through to the pad back and onto underwear. Disappointing when I have to change clothes, even though pad is not full.

You get what you pay for! As a woman who's always had horrible periods I've tried a lot of different brands to find the right one for me and that turned out to be Always. They hold up well and I don't have to worry about leaks. Great product!
