I have endometriosis which means when it flares I have heavy periods. These are the only pads that keep me dry and comfortable all night long on those nights. They are long and they are thick but they get the job done right

Ladies for heavy flow period, Always is the one that I use. Sorry for cup because there's some stuff there not mean to stay inside. I always buy the one with wings and it's effective for your underwear.

Not a fan. These are heavy and feel like an extra weight when I already feel 20 pounds heavier at that time of the month. Much rather the thin overnight and still does the job. Would not recommend these at all.

The only pad I use. I have very long heavy periods and this is the perfect pad for that. Tampons I found for my were always uncomfortable. I can sleep well at night with these knowing I won’t have a single leak

Absolutely love this pad for those heavy days through out night and even during the day. No leaks excellent full panty protection i love the way the pad flares out for the back side for that extra security

The best brand and type of pads. If you struggle with a heavy flow, these are perfect for you. They don’t move around or leak. They stay in place and are super comfortable. Love the wing detailing as well

They were ok. I just don't like how thick and long they are and they never seem to stay where you put them. I have switched over to the thin flex foam pads. They are much more comfortable and hold a lot!

I use these for overnight pads because I’d rather feel secure while I sleep than worry about feeling like I’m wearing a diaper. These things work great.
