I use these on my first 2 days of my period. I am a heavy bleeder and these help out a lot. It's thick and long which is great since I move around a lot at night. Does the job well.

Temporary sub for the ultra thin size 14+. Testing other brands now, will stop buying always. I have 5 daughters age 18 to 10. We will stop purchasing always. Not happy with the decision to stop making the size 14+ ultra thin.

I usually buy the off brand ones at family dollar. They are cheaper and I think they work better. But these pads make me feel confident that I'm not bleeding through or smelling (ya know we are all a little self conscious about that).

I prefer wings just because I move around a lot, especially at night time. The only brand I've ever used has been Always so I don't really have anything to compare it to.

I'm so glad that Always came out with this product. I've always had poor sleep during my periods because I was worried about my heavy flow... now I can even sleep on white sheets without worrying...

I'm a fan of these, it'll def feel like you're wearing a diaper lol but I never worry about any leaks. I also prefer the wings to keep them in place and they work great.

I always have to buy the heavy protection since having two kids. Always with the wings makes sure that my underwear doesn't get ruined. I buy the scented ones because let's face it nobody likes the smell of that time of month.

After child birth, these pads did the trick! They absorbed very well and I was comfortable and confident I wouldn't leak overnight especially after childbirth!
