Love being able to get ice at home without having to freeze all the trays cause I don't have an ice machine in my freezer nor room to store all the trays nowadays, sooo convenient to plug in and watch the cubes form within minutes!

Yep, really easy to use. But I wish that the drain plug was threaded instead of push in. It's manageable, but tough to grab while hovering the corner of the machine over the edge of the sink. Minor inconvenience… Ice on demand is MAJOR CONVENIENCE.

it made ice. it was cold. the large ones took 10 mins per cycle. it often stopped because it was "full" - but it was not, just one was blocking the sensor. also, the ice stuck together when i put it in the freezer for later use.

Love the product. Wish registration was easier on more mobile devices. On the website it was great, but on the iPhone it kept throwing errors and would not register. A little painful.

The ice is made quickly and just the perfect size. I hesitated to purchase, but I’m really glad I did. Definitely would recommend and it’s worthy of 5 stars!

It is easy to use. We just wanted something to make ice since our freezer is always too full to put in ice trays. I'm rather sad that it won't keep the ice frozen in the machine. That is really what I wanted.

It was definitely easy to set up and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. It takes awhile for it to make ice. The ice it made seems to already melted. But I see how it does for the week.

I particularly love the clean feature on this product. This feature is the reason I purchased it. The ice machine I used previously does not have this feature.

Fantastic. Great ice and fast. The only problem I’ve encountered is removing the plug to drain. it is very hard and I have to use pliers. Please advise with suggestions

This ice machine is very quiet and makes ice very fast. If I had more money I would have bought a bigger one. This little machine works better than the one in the refrigerator!! Y'all did this!
