This is the perfect unit for my garage use. The choice of ice size is a nice bonus. I filled it once to the full line and it makes up to eight batches of 8 cubes. This is a keeper for sure!

I like it however when I make a bucket of ice and when I reach for ice they are hard to pull apart. I believe it’s because when being refrigerated they are slightly melted so when ice the freezes they are stuck together.

It is easy to use. We just wanted something to make ice since our freezer is always too full to put in ice trays. I’m rather sad that it won’t keep the ice frozen in the machine. That is really what I wanted.

Fantastic. Great ice and fast. The only problem I’ve encountered is removing the plug to drain. it is very hard and I have to use pliers. Please advise with suggestions

I wasn't looking for an ice machine, just happened to run across it in the store. Seeing that my Samsung refrigerator ice maker isn't working right now, this has taken its place.

This ice make is perfect for my home needs. Live in a apartment and fridge does not have a ice maker. I fill two kids cups up w/ice water in the mornings.

I must have gotten a bad unit. Only 3 of the probes are producing ice. I had high hopes for this to work. I will be returning it.

So far the ice machine looks and feels like decent quality, especially for the price. Ill give five stars for now, hopefully the performance is good.

It was definitely easy to set up and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. It takes awhile for it to make ice. The ice it made seems to already melted. But I see how it does for the week.

I love my icemaker. I was buying bags of ice from fast food restaurants for about four months. On Christmas morning my family is surprising with an icemaker. The only downfall is that there’s no place to hold the scoop. Other than that I’m hooked.
