Beta doggone ice maker over eve I’ve ever had but I’m mean to be real it’s the only one I’ve ever had but it’s awesome ice is always made and has amazing chewability.

Noise and ice melts quickly in your cup.

Ice leaves an oily smell in my cup after using ice produced by ice maker. I have thoroughly cleaned the ice maker before use, including wiping down all surfaces and running a cleaning cycle. Additionally, I used the clean cycle with vinegar in an attempt to eliminate the odor, hoping it would resolve the issue. Despite these efforts, the oily smell persists in the ice, and it continues to transfer to my drinks. I will return this product very disappointed!

I was very skeptical about any countertop ice maker. Most reviews were terrible.....BUT, this Iceman Ice Maker is a SUPERSTAR MACHINE! It makes ice fast! I use only Distilled/Purified Water, as I want clear, great tasting ice as if I bought a bag! I also was worried about wet ice and the ice sticking together. Someone told me to 'Dry the Ice' meaning as the ice is made and dumped into drain rack, put in Tupperware or on a Cookie Sheet in freezer until next batch drops (5-7min). Then dump into Ice Cube Storage Bin or Gallon Zip Bags. I promise if you 'Dry' your ice, it will be worth it!

It makes ice fast and efficiently. Where this machine fails is holdings ice. It's melting the moment it gets put in the basket. This machine doesn't stay cold inside so there's no holding of the ice you just made. You can babysit the machine and dump the ice into a container to put into your freezer but goodness I expected a much better ice hold than this!

Great icemaker. Easy to use. Like the two differnt ice making sizes.

It’s an ok ice maker. The “larger” ice is actually pretty small and melts quickly. But it does make ice quickly.

Good price, but doesn't stay cold enough, ice melts before it done making ice.

It Does Its Job. Slow and annoying.

So far, this is a great little ice maker. Reasonably quiet.
