Would you please unplug the power adapter of the product for 10mins and then plug it back in to check the issue? You could also reset the device and see if it helps. Reset: when plugging in the device, hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset the device. Or you can re-download the app and try it. Outdoor lights

I purchased the outdoor lights in a 100ft string. They were easy to install and work great. Might not have to put up Christmas lights this year as they have many settings to choose from. Thanks Govee

I bought 2 sets and had extracting of lights left over inquiry about getting extra controller and was told they don't sell extra, you must buy another complete set. If I would of known I would picked another company!

Don't stay up! get ready to do double the work!

We installed these exactly as it is stated in the instructions. A day later they started peeling off. Now I have to go back up and figure out how to get this fixed. Thanks a lot Govee for adding to my honey-do list. !!‍♀️
