Please be aware of any portable power banks labeled “Made in China” that are sold in the U.S. market. Many of these products do not carry the required Chinese CCC (China Compulsory Certification) label. If you are traveling on domestic flights within China, or on an international flight departing from or arriving in China, such power banks may not pass airport security screening. As a result, you may be required to discard them at the airport.

This is not a rapid charger and the battery capacity is nowhere near the specs. It's super slow to charge the phone and only restores about 60% of my iPhone's battery. Recharging the unit takes well over a few hours with the supplied cable.

Charges fast. Magnet is amazing. Small size. All, that comes with a price. The price is the amount of charge it delivers is low. Takes my Samsung S24 from 15% to 70% and is dead. Great for an emergency boost but not so great for anything else.

It took 1.5 hours to charge my iPhone 13 Pro 256 Gb and only at 97% at that, and iHome battery showed 0 in indicator light. My phone is supposed to be ~3500 mAh and this powerbank is supposed to have 5000mAh, why did it not fully charge my phone and drained? Phone was at 19% of 97% capacity so around 3395 mAh (from 665 mAH) .. so supposedly, it needs 2730 mAh to fully charge and the battery supposedly has 5000 mAh. The battery charged at 20% in 20 minutes. Charged to 100% from 11:38am to 1:02pm (~80mins). I would have to make a few more tries to see if the performance improves. Overall, I feel that yes it's thin and lightweight, so it's good for adding juice at the end of the day.

The packaging on this item leaves a lot to be desired, as it is very literal in nature. In the upper right corner, the text reads: "FOR IPHONE 12 AND NEWER". In another area, just above the coiled USB-C cord, it reads: "Compatible with USB-C DEVICES Android/iPhone 15 and newer". Understand that what this is telling you is: Wireless charging only works on iPhones, but the power source and charging cord can be used both for iPhone and Android devices. WIRELESS DOES NOT WORK WITH ANDROID PHONES. (I tried two of them, and neither detected a wireless charging signal.) Additionally, the instructions read: "Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on." This is incorrect. If you press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds or more, it DOES NOT TURN ON. To turn it on, briefly press the power button. The packaging text is misleading, it should be clearly stated that the wireless charging ONLY works on iPhone, not giving the impression that this device can by used with Android phones because it says 'Android' next to the charging cable. I've charitably granted 3 stars, rather than totally diss it because it didn't work for me. BTW - I have another iHome wireless charging device that works just fine with my Android phones. I don't know why this one doesn't...

If you plan on using your phone while charging, it's very slow. At 100 percent charged it gave my battery 3 percent more charge and took 10 percent of itself to do that.

Terrible charger. I lose about 15% within 3 minute of my portable and if charged me 5% on my iPhone. Mind you i just bought it about a day to two days ago…

The charger doesn't continue to charge. I have to ‘wake it up' after a few minutes. I thought it might be the phone case, but it still happens without it.

seems to work well however the instructions %26 that button-use aren't as stated. okay, but why provide instructions that are confusing .. maybe a bad interpretation.

I give this a two star , it only charged my iPhone once and only to 80% before it was drained The product claims two charges but no way and I would not buy again
