I used it in a pasta tomato dish, and although it was meatless, the seasoning gave it an Italian sausage flavoring. It was savory with just a slight kick and very versatile. It was perfect in the pasta dish, and I am looking forward to seasoning meat with it also.

I sprinkle it over chicken cutlets, pizza and pasta and it enhances the flavor of everything you cook! My last adventure with it was that I used it to season my beef empanadas filling and honestly it was so so good that my husband and kids were asking for more! It's versatile and so practical. It's perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really adds some nice flavor to meat. It had a good Italian flavor with added red pepper flakes for a nice spicy kick. It is not too spicy in my opinion it is just right. It does have red pepper flakes that are not too chunky but I did find when we were eating we had small pieces of red pepper. My younger kids did not like that too much but it was not a deal breaker because the meat was tasty. I added this with ground beef and tomatoes sauce for spaghetti. Then we made pork loin and that was tasty as well.

The fennel in the blend gets even stronger the longer it simmers. I reccomend you might want to stick to that "less is more". It transformed basic canned tomato sauce into a rich, savory topping for my beef and spaghetti. Since it's so potent, half a tablespoon was plenty for two cans of sauce. It's a natural fit for sausage-based dishes or pizza, and I can't wait to try it in my next lasagna and sea shell pasta casserole. Thank You Influenster

It is easy to pour through the spice bottle holes or you can remove that cap for teaspoon measurements. It isn't salty which is great! Going to see what other flavors they have.
