My first use was for some bbq ribs as a dry rub. First thing I notice is that it had a pleasant smell, but the aroma coming from the oven was just heavenly!! I don't put bbq sauce on my ribs until the last 15 minutes, so the smell was from the seasoning alone. These turned out to be the best tasting ribs I've had in a really long time!! I highly recommend this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really adds some nice flavor to meat. It had a good Italian flavor with added red pepper flakes for a nice spicy kick. It is not too spicy in my opinion it is just right. It does have red pepper flakes that are not too chunky but I did find when we were eating we had small pieces of red pepper. My younger kids did not like that too much but it was not a deal breaker because the meat was tasty. I added this with ground beef and tomatoes sauce for spaghetti. Then we made pork loin and that was tasty as well.

It has a bold, savory flavor, not too salty, and it's just a little spicy. Not spicy in a hot way, but a peppery flavor. It works really well with roasted potatoes. It's definitely more of an ‘adult' flavor… my kids weren't fans, but I'll keep using it for my own meals.

Lse 2-5 Tbsp per lb of ground pork to make homemade sausage for pasta or pizza. Mix with panko breadcrumbs for frying fish, Jeggies, and meat cutlets.
