It has a bold, savory flavor, not too salty, and it's just a little spicy. Not spicy in a hot way, but a peppery flavor. It works really well with roasted potatoes. It's definitely more of an ‘adult' flavor… my kids weren't fans, but I'll keep using it for my own meals.

I sprinkle it over chicken cutlets, pizza and pasta and it enhances the flavor of everything you cook! My last adventure with it was that I used it to season my beef empanadas filling and honestly it was so so good that my husband and kids were asking for more! It's versatile and so practical. You could see the various herbs in the seasoning. I used it to season a low fat cheese snack. It gave the cheese a nice flavor. I also used it in our pasta sauce to add flavor. I liked the quantity of the amount in the container and how well this seasoning made my food taste when broiling or sautéing my food. The product didn't stick or burn to the pan when cooking with it. The texture of the seasoning is fine with several herbs in it. When cooking with the seasoning it melts into the dish you are preparing.

It is great as a rub and/or part of a marinade. Also had been great to add some space/flavor to jar pasta sauce.
