Very nice rig

Runs nice and quiet, programs run quick, and I can finally play Monster Hunter Wilds and Baldur’s Gate 3 on full settings. Nothing but full green connection bars when streaming with OBS on Twitch too.

For the price this beast is amazing. Its a little light on ram but thats easily fixed. It has an extra nvme slot as well for ssd upgrade. Everything a casual and/or serious gamer needs. Graphics card is amazing as well, not the newest one out there but who can keep up anyway. By the time you get the latest, there is another newer/better one out there. The 5070 is enough for me and 99.9% of the world. Love it and would buy again!

Very pleased and impressed

Product arrived on time and in good condition. Very easy to set up. plug and play after a few updates. Longest part was dealing with Windows 11 nonsense. It was like 20 screens of windows, wanting to track every aspect and inch of your life. But that's my frustration with modern operating systems and tech companies. I am able to play all the games on my steam account with high-quality graphics and good frame rate. The case is very nice and so far no issues with overheating. The keyboard and mouse are good quality. The mechanical RGB keyboard does not work with the software in regards to color changing and backlight options. Once you figure it out, it's easy to adjust. The mouse has a good weight and feel to it. Overall, and very happy with the purchase and look forward to playing modern games without potato graphics like my last PC. 2 TB also feels like more than enough. For the price I would recommend this.

Order Cancelation %26 Poor Customer Service

I have attempted to order this item for shipping seven (7) separate times, and each order has been canceled without any action on my part. On the cancellation email, I was never told the reason as to why my order is being canceled. I have contacted Sam's Club customer service at least five (5) times via phone and online chat regarding this issue. On multiple occasions, I was told that my case had been elevated and that I needed to wait 24–48 business hours for an email explaining why my orders were being canceled and what steps I needed to take to successfully place the order. It has been over five (5) business days since I originally filed a complaint, and I have yet to receive an email. During my most recent interaction with customer service, the representative supposedly got in contact with another department and advised me to place the order again. She assured me that the order would go through successfully this time. To no surprise, it was canceled once again. I have remained patient and respectful throughout this process, but I am tired of waiting for answers. My issue is not with the product itself, but with Sam's Club's inability to fulfill the order and their customer service to be helpful and provide a reason for the repeated cancellations. I am more than willing to update this review if customer service is able to resolve the issue and I am finally able to purchase and use this computer. Please contact me.

super expensive lemon, graphic issue , freezes

Flashy look, poor performance. Slower than my older 10 yo PC and freezes or shuts down when streaming with two windows open. Not worth the price or the hassle. Save your money—I’m returning it.
