i bought this about a month ago and it advertises that it blends everything, i made sure i had a lot of liquid in it and it still didnt blend everything, I put in frozen fruit and everyday i used it for a week and everyday i would have huge chunks in it:( im going to try to return it because it is not working

I honestly don't write reviews but I had to on this one. I'm a big fan of Hamilton Beach products. They tend to last and work well. I was surprised that there were so many design flaws with this blender. The first is the top. It's hard to put on and off. The spout is great but I almost spill everything out when I want to take the top off. Why am I trying to take the top off if I have a good spout? When I need to add more to my shake and it can't fit through the small opening at the top I have to pry the top off to add fruits. It's just a hassle and I can't imagine doing this all of the time. I'm returning it.

Don't believe the reviews. I almost didn't buy this because of them. But I did and it works great but I did buy the protection plan just in case as well. The only reason that it got 4 stars is because you do have to mess with it for it to blend evenly. For the price though its great. I have yet to use the food chopper so I don't know about it yet. Makes delicious smoothies though.

My house burned down and I replaced everything with new items.. The blender is great.. does what it need to do. Put the food processor up and Never used it until now. So disappointed mine doesn’t chop anything. It’s probably defective.. can someone from the company contact me..

This is not a great product. Chopper doesn't dice onions properly. It's a very small container. So you'll have to give small cube o onion to it before it can dice it. Blender is fine. Grinder also has same issue as the chopper. Maybe if I consider the price, I can give it 3 star, but the actual functionality of the product is not satisfactory. I won't recommend this to my friends and looking forward to return this to walmart to buy a better product.

I thought this was a good deal because this blender is a not as expensive as others. I previously owned the cuisinart blender/processor. After 8 years of use it finally gave in. For this item, the blender part works ok. But the processor is too narrow, things dont get to move around in there to be evenly processed. I am returning mine and purchasing the cuisinart. Overall, if you do not use a blender often and use it for things that are easy to blend up, the its ok. But if you need it for blending/processing things like ginger, onion, nuts, then do not purchase this product. Spend a few more bucks and get something more reliable and better quality.

This blender is great it has the needed power to crush ice and make smoothies as well as the power to be a good food processor. So far no complaints. It also comes apart for easy cleaning and the glass part can go in the dishwasher. I have used this blender a lot almost everyday and have had no issues. It has exceeded my expectations.

I am going to be honest here... I used to have a Hamilton Beach years ago that was less fancy looking but worked perfectly. When it was time for a change I didn't think it twice, I wanted the same brand. What a disappointment! Whatever you put inside gets stuck and the blades will keep spinning and the content in the blender won't even notice it. The chopper works the exact same way... TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

Blender works great, so far. The food chopper attachment came broken! The box was left in front of my apartment opened. I was so upset. I contacted Hamilton Beach to see if they can send a replacement food chopper. Really regretting not buying a Ninja.

I needed to replace an old blender that broke and was thrilled to find a high quality blender without having to spend hundreds. I have only tested it once, but it worked perfectly. Tried out the smaller chopper attachment to grind almonds. Very pleased with the result and cleanup of all the parts. Terrific value for the price!
