Bought my bentgo boxes almost a year ago and mold grew. Contacted customer service and they are replacing it. Quick and easy.

I love that it keeps the food cold, the big problem is that eventhought I clean it as the instructions said, it got mold

Customer service on point

I’m not sure if the issue is with the item I received or if it’s just how this product is made, but the inner compartments don’t fit properly. The pieces feel loose and keep shifting, which makes the lunchbox a bit inconvenient to use. I expected the compartments to lock in place, but they don’t sit securely at all.

My kids love the original bentgo chill box but their growing appetites made us really excited to try this larger version. The chill max is as great as the original with a moveable divider bonus. The built in ice pack in the max chill can nest under the ice pack of the chill for efficient freezer space. Hoping you will sell lids and extra trays for the chill max so we can pack our lunch the night before and store in the fridge.
