I bought this lunchbox for my son for lunches at daycare about ten months ago. He LOVES his lunchbox! He is now 19 months old and he’s able to use it with some help to open and close it. It’s easy for him to carry and it’s just the right size to be able to grow with him through school age. About a week ago the clasp of the box broke off when I was packing his lunch- I contacted Bentgo and they responded SO quickly and are replacing it under the 2 year warranty. I really appreciate customer service that ACTUALLY serves its customers.

I purchased the chill lunch box about a year ago from my toddler. He uses it daily at daycare and it has been great! He likes that he can open it himself and each food has its own spot. The freezer pack is perfect to keep his lunch cold because the daycare doesn’t refrigerate lunches for the kids. I would highly recommend this product.

I was already a fan of the original Bentgo lunchboxes but the Bentgo Chill Lunchbox just took things to the next level! My son’s daycare doesn’t have a fridge and the freezer pack for this lunchbox keeps things cool from when I pack his lunch in the morning until they eat. They are also still leak proof and keep his food fresh. Highly recommend!

Quality backpack and love the lunch compartment so that my kid doesn't have to bring another bag. My qualm with this bag is that it doesn't fit a regular size folder without curling the edges. Which makes for crumpled paper. Please consider making an inch taller to fix this. My next backpack purchase will be bigger

You can fit a lot of food in here, I really like the separate compartments, and mainly IT DOESN’T LEAK! Which is amazing. We also love not having to deal with missing food storage container lids, very convenient. I would love to be able to buy multiple ice packs to freeze so that they’re ready to go each morning. Very happy with this.

I am so happy I found this product. I bought two of them for my son's daycare and they are been a great investment. They are easy to clean and have plenty of space for every meal. It is easy to throw the ice pack in the freezer each night and have it ready the next day. I can't use the fridge at daycare so these have been amazing. They are secure and haven't failed me yet.

We got this for my toddler that was starting school and it has been a Godsend for us. She is able to have her lunch as well as snacks in one sitting without multiple bowls. We opted for the one with the cooler at the bottom to keep her fruit chilled! Highly recommend!

We've been absolutely in love with the 2-in-1 Bentgo Backpack! 🎒😄 This backpack has been an absolute game-changer for my boys. Not only does it have all the compartments and space I need for their daily essentials, but that extra waterproof/lunch box compartment is a stroke of genius! I can confidently toss in their water bottles or any damp items, knowing they're safe and dry in their own little sanctuary. It's like having a cozy raincoat for their belongings! It has sections to not allow food to touch without using gobs of Tupperware, it's easy to wipe out and clean, the rubber seal seems very durable as long as it is hand washed. My only semi concern with this is the possibility of mold, so I hand washed it after ever use with a baby bottle brush to get into the tight crevices of the rubber, but if you use press n seal or wrap on the top lid, it will help.

My son has been using his Bentgo for preschool and has loved it. He loves helping to prepare his snack by putting them in the individual sections. It’s great that the tray comes out and that there is an ice pack. It fits in his backpack well with his water bottle, and because it is slim it doesn’t take over the space. I’ve had some confusion how the ice pack works because there is no liquid in it. It is really light so I’ve wondered if it was damaged and missing the fill. It gets cold in the freezer but I’m not sure how long it lasts. When he is home from school after 3 hours, his snack is not chilled. Other concerns have been that it is not the easiest to close, like it’s bursting at the seams. I’ve made sure all the components are snapped in place but it feels like it may burst open, but I have not seen it burst open. I don’t think my son could put it together and close it himself. A small crack developed on the side, I have no idea how. The silicone is not affected so I don’t think the seal is broken. The saddest part is that the silicone inside developed mold under normal use. We wash it by hand everyday after he gets home from school and let it air dry. So I guess it’s moisture from the time it’s prepared and used at school till he gets home that causes it. I still think it is a great product but can’t continue to use with the mold. We have had it about 2 years.
