I’m not sure if the issue is with the item I received or if it’s just how this product is made, but the inner compartments don’t fit properly. The pieces feel loose and keep shifting, which makes the lunchbox a bit inconvenient to use. I expected the compartments to lock in place, but they don’t sit securely at all.

Love the chill lunchbox. Much easier than a regular lunchbox plus ice pack. My kid is a huge fan of the streamlined option!
