I bought two of the shark print Bentgo Kids Stainless Steel Lunch Box and have been happy with it. We are trying to stay away from plastic as much as possible so when I saw Bentgo come out with the stainless steel version that doesn't leak, I bought it! It doesn't leak. All the food stay contain. We've hand washed and have put it through the dishwasher with no issue. Print is still intact. It's a bit heavier though than their original one due to the steel but my 4 and 6 years old is able to carry it with no issue. Might be too heavy for any kids younger though especially if they have to carry it for a long time.

My daughter loves her new water bottle and Bentgo lunch box. They're her favorite color. Additionally, the water bottle is easy for her to open and close. It's the only water bottle I have been able to get her to drink mostly a full bottle from while she is at school. Only problem so far is I have trouble removing the rubber ring underneath to clean. Addiitionally, I have lost the air valve plug so it leaks. Customer service has been great though and they indicate they are sending us a new set.

I bought this bottle along with the matching box for my daughter. She is obsessed and has been using it every day. I noticed the inside of the mouth piece was getting dirty but I couldn’t figure out how to get inside to clean it. I emailed support and they responded within 12 hours with a diagram and two videos on how to remove every piece and put it back together for easy cleaning. I am so impressed! They standby their products and I know I’ll be buying more in the future.

We purchased 3 water bottles in different styles and so far 2 of 3 have broken within 2 weeks of use. The first thing to break is the rubber carrying handle which occured within 72 hours, eventually the mouth piece flip top mechanism breaks. My 3 year old dropped her bottle inside a retail store today and the bottle cracked in half causing total damage. Unfortunately toddlers can be clumsy so I don't recommend this item due to it's lack of strength and durability for everyday use. It is aesthetically pleasing and matches our Bentgo bags and lunchboxes, however, we will not be purchasing the drinking bottles again. For the price it is marketed we expected a much better quality product. We find similar priced items made with rubber coated stainless steel so that's what we have now purchased. I don't recommend wasting money with the water bottles, they will eventually break.

We received this water bottle for my 1 year old. While she’s able to drink out of straws, I was nervous about her ability to use this straw since the anti-leak technology requires her to bite and suck at the same time. However, she picked it up immediately and it’s become her favorite cup! It is perfect to throw in the diaper bag on our way out the door since I know it won’t leak!

I've had these cups 8 months now, NO LEAKS! My grandson loves the dinosauer printed ones. He's autistic, so he has bit the straws and broke a cap. I can't go anywhere else. The quality and the customer service is PHENOMENAL! Thank you Bentgo for making your customers a priority.

Overall good product but I washed it ONCE in a dishwasher and the sticker design on top peeled off on the sides. Not sure why it’s advertised as dishwasher safe. Also, they could sell replacement sticker designs for the lid. Looks pretty worn down now, will probably peel the rest of it and have my kid stick something on top to make it look better

Great size, the handle comes in handy for scootering around the neighborhood with hydration in handy, and the design matches perfectly with the stainless steel container that’s also purple with unicorns! We brought it to a soccer practice and it didn’t make it home….so be sure to LABEL it with a name and number to contact! A $15 lesson learned 😅

I bought this product, and THEN I looked at some of the negative reviews. They all seemed to be geared around issues with disassembly and reassembly. If the silicone straw is removed and put back incorrectly, it's very difficult to get it back in, but if it's reincerted the same way it's removed, it's a piece of cake pulling it back through.

This is the worst bottle i have ever seen. The moment i tried to clean it up one of the parts came out and cannot be fixed anymore. Moreover its really hard to open for a 3 or 4 year old child. Apart from that taking out all its parts and cleaning is a really cumbersome process. I am really disappointed with this product.
