Why is the pieces on the lid of the cup so incredibly complicated to put together? Are we just not supposed to ever take it apart to properly clean it? It takes 3 adults, a youtube tutorial and 45 mins to put it back together. To the trash that cup goes. Terrible design.

My daughter loves her new water bottle and Bentgo lunch box. They're her favorite color. Additionally, the water bottle is easy for her to open and close. It's the only water bottle I have been able to get her to drink mostly a full bottle from while she is at school. Only problem so far is I have trouble removing the rubber ring underneath to clean. Addiitionally, I have lost the air valve plug so it leaks. Customer service has been great though and they indicate they are sending us a new set.

I love the fact that when my toddler 3 yrs old tries to drink from the bottles and tills the bolle the straw is designed for the water to come out. Not like other water bottles at all! We had an issue with the top part but customer service was amazing and responsive to our email.

Overall good product but I washed it ONCE in a dishwasher and the sticker design on top peeled off on the sides. Not sure why it’s advertised as dishwasher safe. Also, they could sell replacement sticker designs for the lid. Looks pretty worn down now, will probably peel the rest of it and have my kid stick something on top to make it look better

These have been great for my 4yo to bring to school daily. They’ve endured quite a beating so far, and I love that they are largely spillproof. My son has unfortunately managed to break the straws, but the fantastic customer service is helping us with that. I wish that they kept water cold longer, but that’s just the nature of a plastic water bottle.

Son totally loves his water bottle. Perfect for school since it is also leak proof and easy for them to use. Very cute design and perfect size for it to fit in any lunch bag or backpack. Would totally recommend and they also have the best customer service.

I got this for my 3 year old grandson to take to school this year. He loves the dinosaur print and he is able to open/close it all by himself which I’m sure his teachers will appreciate! The lunchbox is a prefect size to fit all of his favorite foods and it. I love that it is dishwasher safe too.

Pros: - Very durable - Keeps food cold when packed with icy - Dishwasher safe - Leak proof - Easy to clean - Cute and stylish - Lots of space for snacks and lunch Cons: - Not microwave safe - A bit on the heavy side 1 lb 12.5 oz on scale - Silicon might stain with spaghetti. Happened with my bentgo fresh. I’m too scared to put spaghetti in it since it’s still brand new. My kid uses this lunch box everyday and it is very durable. It’s so durable that she would probably lose it before it breaks. I would definitely buy this again. It makes a perfect gift.

I bought two of the shark print Bentgo Kids Stainless Steel Lunch Box and have been happy with it. We are trying to stay away from plastic as much as possible so when I saw Bentgo come out with the stainless steel version that doesn't leak, I bought it! It doesn't leak. All the food stay contain. We've hand washed and have put it through the dishwasher with no issue. Print is still intact. It's a bit heavier though than their original one due to the steel but my 4 and 6 years old is able to carry it with no issue. Might be too heavy for any kids younger though especially if they have to carry it for a long time.

This is the worst bottle i have ever seen. The moment i tried to clean it up one of the parts came out and cannot be fixed anymore. Moreover its really hard to open for a 3 or 4 year old child. Apart from that taking out all its parts and cleaning is a really cumbersome process. I am really disappointed with this product.
