I use the stainless steel bentgo boxes for my two children and have great things to say about this product. It is stainless steel so it's healthier for your children than eating out of plastic. The compartments make it easy to give a variety of food in their lunch. Most importantly, it doesn't leak! I have also been beyond happy with the customer service.

We ordered this bottle with the matching backpack, and our son loves the design (Shark). The bottle is very durable/leakproof, and our 5-year-old has definitely taken it to the test. The bottle is simple to clean, and the removable straw still holds up well and, so far, shows no signs of wearing out. Our son initially had an issue drinking out of the bottle since he wasn't used to the mouthpiece. After further looking into it, it seemed that we received a bad item. We contacted Bentgo customer service and swiftly received feedback and a new replacement! Shoutout to Nicholas! He was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire process! Great product and support!

We purchased 3 water bottles in different styles and so far 2 of 3 have broken within 2 weeks of use. The first thing to break is the rubber carrying handle which occured within 72 hours, eventually the mouth piece flip top mechanism breaks. My 3 year old dropped her bottle inside a retail store today and the bottle cracked in half causing total damage. Unfortunately toddlers can be clumsy so I don't recommend this item due to it's lack of strength and durability for everyday use. It is aesthetically pleasing and matches our Bentgo bags and lunchboxes, however, we will not be purchasing the drinking bottles again. For the price it is marketed we expected a much better quality product. We find similar priced items made with rubber coated stainless steel so that's what we have now purchased. I don't recommend wasting money with the water bottles, they will eventually break.

I got this for my 3 year old grandson to take to school this year. He loves the dinosaur print and he is able to open/close it all by himself which I’m sure his teachers will appreciate! The lunchbox is a prefect size to fit all of his favorite foods and it. I love that it is dishwasher safe too.

I am a huge fan of the Bentgo Kids water bottle. Its ease of cleaning, high-quality materials, and adorable design make it a winner in my book. My son loves it, and as a parent, that's all I could ask for. I highly recommend this water bottle to anyone looking for a reliable and fun hydration solution for their little ones.

Overall good product but I washed it ONCE in a dishwasher and the sticker design on top peeled off on the sides. Not sure why it’s advertised as dishwasher safe. Also, they could sell replacement sticker designs for the lid. Looks pretty worn down now, will probably peel the rest of it and have my kid stick something on top to make it look better

I purchased this water bottle about 2 months ago and found it very hard to clean around the straw. There was mold build up. I contacted customer service, and they are replacing the bottle and have provided instructions on how to clean the straw area effectively to help reduce reoccurrence of mold build up. My daughter likes the easiness of using the water bottle and I will give it another try.

My son received this bottle as a gift. The dinosaur design is really nice, and the bottle seemed well made, and the soft straw was a definite plus for my son who doesn’t like drinking from a hard straw. I hand washed it before the first use, and the pieces came apart and put back together pretty easily. Unfortunately, during the first use, my son dropped it from his high chair onto the linoleum, and the piece that holds the straw in the closed position broke off, making the lid only usable with the straw extended. I really liked that the straw could be covered for use during travel, so it’s unfortunate that this lid won’t work in that way.

I've had these cups 8 months now, NO LEAKS! My grandson loves the dinosauer printed ones. He's autistic, so he has bit the straws and broke a cap. I can't go anywhere else. The quality and the customer service is PHENOMENAL! Thank you Bentgo for making your customers a priority.

I bought this for my son in October. For the most part I love the product. However, the model I got last year wasn't as robust as I'd hoped for a kid, and the piece that allows the straw to close broke. Customer service is making it right and sending me a replacement and the 2023 model. I hope this newer model is more sturdy.
