We recently purchased the GOVEE outdoor roof lights, and just like every other GOVEE product we own, they did not disappoint. We already have multiple GOVEE string lights set up in our backyard, as well as their backlighting for our TV, and we've been consistently impressed with the quality, ease of use, and customization features. The roof lights were the next natural upgrade for our outdoor setup, and they really elevated the look of our home. Installation was straightforward, the app controls are user-friendly, and the lighting effects are vibrant and dynamic — perfect for any season or occasion. GOVEE has truly become our go-to brand for smart lighting, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything ties together seamlessly. The lights are great and bright. Wife has been bugging me for a couple years to get them. Finally caught a really good sale. A friend of mine told me to get the app and watch the sales on the because they are better. He was right. The lights are not hard to put up but require a detailed thought process of the install and layout the design with tape in the soffits before just sticking them up. I did have to but some aftermarket light clips for certain areas. Did have issues on a few with the adhesive backings. Overall the wife and daughter love them and the app. Me too

I purchased an aluminum patio cover and had to figure out how I would put up lights since I didn’t want to drill holes into it. The stick ons worked perfectly. They put off a nice ambient light. Then I use the twist flowerpot hangers to add patio lights and It all worked perfectly.

Such beautiful, vibrant lights. I love how you can control it from your phone and the many, many different options you have. Our friends had it lit Pink for Vday and I just thought it was the cutest ever, so when we recently moved, I had to get them too! Highly recommend!!

I couldn't be more impressed with Govee Lights 2. From the moment I installed them, it was clear these lights were designed with both performance and ease of use in mind. Setup was fast and straightforward, and the Govee app is intuitive, responsive, and packed with customization options. The brightness and color accuracy are phenomenal. Whether I want a clean white light for everyday use or vibrant colors for movie nights and entertaining, Govee Lights 2 deliver consistently rich, smooth lighting with no flicker or uneven spots. The dynamic scenes and effects add a premium feel, instantly transforming the home.

The lights work great, and are actually brighter than I expected. The app that controls them is really quite terrible. It's an incredibly confusing interface with integrated ads for other govee products, and the simplest tasks like setting a schedule are not remotely intuitive to accomplish.

The lights them selves are very nice. My problem is with the “sticky” backing on the lights. They are absolutely terrible and honestly for the price we pay for the lights they should include the clips we can drill in. I have had 4-5 lights come undone and will have to use the clips on amazon. Also my second story is not easy to get to as its 30 feet tall. The other issue I have is with the Govee home app. It is not user friendly and the timers are not accurate as I set it for 5 pm and they turn on at like 4:50 also I have them set to turn off at 11pm and they turn off at like 10:50. For this price it should be a perfect product.

My wife had been wanting these for sometime. They are the perfect gift. That will keep giving!! Govee included all that I needed to install. I was able to get them up in one day and surprised my wife when she came home for work. The lights are nice and so many options to customize. Very pleased overall: from ordering, fast delivery, everything included with the purchase, one day install, easy to use the app, the finished project and best of all the look on my wife's face. Would highly recommend. We have spent $$$$ on outdoor lights in the past that we have to put up in the fall and take down spring. Wish the Govee lights would have been available years ago. It would have saved us so much time and money.

Overall decent quality. The outdoor adhesive doesnt hold very well. We followed the instructions by cleaning the surface before installation, but it doesnt hold well at all. The installation as it is can take some time, so having to constantly come back to readhwrw them is a pain in tbe neck.. we have stucco eves, so we cant use fasteners... not sure what we'll do to resolve this...

Love the lights and the ability to easily choose a light parade that someone else has setup. Very easy to operate. I hate that I had to buy the clips separately from another vendor. The clips should be sold with the lights or you should have a link to purchase the clips when purchasing the lights. We wouldn't have known about the clips if we had not heard about them from a friend. We love our lights!
