My Husband has been using my car lately so he's been enjoying it too. Super easy to use and easy to set up and take off. It's a tad noisy on high but that's to be expected. It's not super noises just does its job.

The "massage" is more like a vibration for the lower back. The heating element is my favorite part. I wish it gave different levels of heat like it gives different levels of vibration for the "massage". I'd get them for the heated seat part alone honestly.
