[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first issues was that I received this item as one instead of a 2 pack and instead of being in a box the one was rolled up and in a bag. The "massage" is more like a vibration for the lower back. The heating element is my favorite part. I wish it gave different levels of heat like it gives different levels of vibration for the "massage". I'd get them for the heated seat part alone honestly.

I gave this 3 stars because it works at keeping you warm and it's comfortable but some things can be improved. This cover could use some more coverage in the bottom portion. I also wish that I can control the level of heat but it gets the job done. This vibration is targeted to the lower back and feels intense. It has 3 levels , I like level 1 for myself because its enough power. The cord can get annoying because you can't adjust it to the passenger seat and you have to wrap it around and then it's in the way after you're done with it. It's easy to use, comfortable to sit in and does the job of keeping you warm.

My Husband has been using my car lately so he's been enjoying it too. Super easy to use and easy to set up and take off. It's a tad noisy on high but that's to be expected. It's not super noises just does its job.

It's okay. I'm a small person only 5'4 and about 125 lb female. I'm using it in my 2025 Honda Civic sport which is a pretty small seat as well. It doesn't give great coverage. The vibration is very powerful I will say that. I drive a lot for work so I really want it to be warm and it seems to be pretty warm. I just wish the bottom part underneath your behind was larger so that it kind of went down the legs more and out a little bit. For the price point I mean I think it's a nice little gadget we'll see how long it lasts.

I got this as a gift for my husband to use it in his office while he's working, the description of the item said "... Whether you're at home or in your car...", wrong description, you can't use it at home, it doesn't came with the adapter for outlets at home, the product only include the adapter for car connections.

Good alternative if you don't presently have heated seats! the vibrating is awesome too!
