It exceeded my expectations and I'm glad I stepped out of my comfort zone! It's great for a post-workout snack and tastes better than other protein bars that I've tried in the past. It wasn't too sweet either, which I appreciated! I'll be buying this again as a convenient, portable post-workout snack.

The bars have a good amount of protein, fiber, and other nutrients. The texture was pleasant and I felt satiated after eating it. However, I am a huge fan of peanut butter and I felt like the chocolate taste overpowered the peanut butter in these bars. I'd like to see that mix be more balanced. I am looking forward to trying more flavors of the Special K Protein Bars. In particular, I am excited to try to Brownie Batter flavor.

The aftertaste was a little chalk like. I think this bar would be good to have while hiking, snowshoeing, or any other semi strenuous activity. I'm anxious to try others, but unfortunately my store didn't have the option.

I've been eating these at work for years! They were the only thing I could find that was quick and helped me make it all the way to lunch. I don't know why, but they have not been the same in the last few years! The new recipe is NOT good. Please go back to the original recipe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try the Kellogg's Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar. I was amazed at how much it tasted more like a candy bar than a protein bar. It had a good mix of peanut butter and chocolate flavor. The peanut butter was creamy, and the chocolate was smooth. It had a crunch as well to add an extra layer of texture. It also boasts a whopping 12g of protein!!! Much healthier snack than any candy bar. It was satisfying as well. It hit the sweet spot and curbed my cravings. I'd definitely buy these again.

The special k meal replacement bars are a perfect way to make sure he's getting the protein he needs. He loved the taste of the chocolate peanut butter bars, comparing them to a granola bar. I loved that he was getting the health benefits out of something that is so easy to toss into a bag for on the go. We look forward to trying other flavors in the near future.

I've been looking for something sweet to go for that is a good healthy alternative when I'm craving chocolate or sweet. I've tried many and almost gave up when I found these! They are so good! I was looking for something I could bare. Something that was even semi good but this is just pure delicious. Thank you for making these!
