We use this almost every day for our daughter’s lunches. It even works great for dinners for kids who like everything separated. We just bought a second box to pack two lunches at a time and save us from making lunch every day. I’m even more amazed by their customer service when the latch on our first box broke. My 4 year old opens this with ease and enjoys eating his lunch from it every day. The two pieces are easy to clean. The silicone started to peel in one area, so I reached out to Bentgo and they are sending a replacement with very little hassle. I appreciate the product and customer service!

I bought two Bentgo Boxes for my son (5years old) a year ago. He absolutely love them! The lunch boxes effectively separate portions of food from mixing together! The boxes are amazingly leak proof, I'll definitely buy more Bentgo products. The lunch box shells have got demaged little from dishwasher but customer service was wonderful and took care of my concerns.

Hi there we just got our first bento box, and my son is obsessed! He just started outdoor school and they have to have their lunches in a bento box and I'm so glad we found your product it has made our lives so much easier! My kids adore these lunchboxes! It's challenging to fill every compartment with lunch ideas, especially the middle round hole. The lunchbox is also quite heavy for a toddler. After 6 months of light use, one lunchbox started developing mold on the rubber part of the lid. Despite soaking in vinegar, the mold continued to stay. Bentgo was generous with their replacement program but this is certainly a flaw in the product design.

My son has loved his Bentgo box and uses it everyday at school. He has never had any issues with leaking or spilling. It was great for him to be able to see all of his food at once and it always came back empty! No need to fumble with multiple containers or lids, which is awesome for me and him! When the latch mechanism broke, the Bentgo customer service were excellent to deal with and are willing to replace it!

We ordered the purple lunch box with dividers for my daughter for kindergarten. Unfortunately the snaps on the side of the lunch box cracked and broke off. The company has been very helpful and shared with me information about the two year warranty. When love got busy and I forgot to reach back out, they contacted me again, eager to help resolve our issue. We really do love these lunch boxes and appreciate a company that stands by their product!
