8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! I recieved the purple Bentgo Brights lunch box from my cousin as a gift for my at the time upcoming Kindergartener. I absolutely loved the box and so did my girl, however we somehow got a crack in the insert. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement. What speaks volumes about a company is not only that they stand behind their products, but how courteous they were during the process. I am a lifelong customer, and have bought other products. Don't waste your money with cheap substitutes. You get what you pay for!

We started using them when my son was 5, he just turned 7 and he loves it. Recently my son forgot his at school and it got ruined, I went to buy another one online and found out they had a 2 year warranty so I contacted support, I tried the solutions they gave, it helped a little but it was already ruined so they sent me another one which arrives literally two days later if not the next day. Looking forward to buy the next size!!

I have a few of these lunch boxes for my 2 young children. Not only do we use them for lunch but we take them while we travel as snack boxes on to go! We even take them out to eat and put the leftovers in to save on the plastic take away containers! They are just the right size for the portion sizes kids need. They also stand behind their products and how many companies do that now days? They are also aligned with community out reach. These are companies that I will continue to come back to. They think about the lifetime of their products and they are thinking about their contributions to community and the broader w.orld. I look forward to seeing if they move down the more sustainable materials route. Overall, great product and company.

I bought this bottle along with the matching box for my daughter. She is obsessed and has been using it every day. I noticed the inside of the mouth piece was getting dirty but I couldn’t figure out how to get inside to clean it. I emailed support and they responded within 12 hours with a diagram and two videos on how to remove every piece and put it back together for easy cleaning. I am so impressed! They standby their products and I know I’ll be buying more in the future.

We love our Bentgo boxes for the kids lunches. Easy to open- Even with our little guy who has a muscle weakness condition. He has no problem opening the box. We had a slight issue with mildew on our silcone seal. (not covered under warranty). Customer service is kind enough to send us a new one.

Got this for my daughter to keep her lunch and snacks separate for preschool. It's easy for her to open and close and she loves that her food isn't all touching (she's a little picky). As the time has gone by the silicone part of the cover has some mold in it and I don't feel comfortable putting food in it. I tried different cleaning methods and was just told vinegar is best. I will definitely do that with the next one. Oh and their customer service is top notch, very kind and helpful!
