Love the boxes and the customer service is even better. I used these daily for my kids and after a year some did develop mold in the silicone top. I called customer service to see how best to clean this and they are helping with this problem. My kids love the boxes and keeps their lunch separated.

The silicone material that is on the inside lid of the container, the 'leakproof technology' turns moldy after awhile. I've been using this for my son for about 3 years, and now there is a black mold on the silicone that is impossible to remove. Seems like it's better to go with an all-BPA free plastic container or a metal container.

We love this lunchbox. I bought this for my daughter when she was 2 years old. We've been using it for her lunches for 2 years. It's perfect as she can go back.to it thru the day to graze as toddlers love to do. With all the little compartments makes for a great variety of food for my toddler.

We use this almost every day for our daughter’s lunches. It even works great for dinners for kids who like everything separated. We just bought a second box to pack two lunches at a time and save us from making lunch every day. I’m even more amazed by their customer service when the latch on our first box broke. Purchased 2 boxes for my kiddos unfortunately one of them is defective and does not close correctly. I figured I’d be out of luck since I threw away both boxes and receipt (never imagined I’d have issues with either one). Thankfully Gonway S. Has made it right by replacing the defective product! We love this Bentgo Kids bento style lunch box! It has been perfect for my daughter since she started using it at age 3 for dinners that we pack and take with us and preschool lunches. Though the individual pockets looks small, they hold a lot, and it is so nice to be able to provide a variety of foods in the 5 sections of the box. It really gives her the freedom to pick and choose her favorites, which helped us overcome a few picky eater stages. I really enjoyed using it myself too as a on-the-go adult charcuterie box. It really has been the best for our family!

One of the shells got stained on the silicone pieces from some pasta sauce. I contacted customer service and they provided me with 2 options to try and remove the stain. Unfortunately, it didn’t come off. So they offered to replace the product no questions asked! They made the process very simple and easy. Wish other companies had excellent service as they have!

I've had these cups 8 months now, NO LEAKS! My grandson loves the dinosauer printed ones. He's autistic, so he has bit the straws and broke a cap. I can't go anywhere else. The quality and the customer service is PHENOMENAL! Thank you Bentgo for making your customers a priority.

I bought these for my three and five year old for school.. It's a good size and fits enough food for lunchtime, with no leaks. They can also open and close it on their own (with a little practice for the younger one). Despite our best care efforts, mold developed on the silicone seal after a year. The warranty is real, folks! They are replacing it after a straightforward email exchange. It makes the pricetag worth it, since it can last several years.
