We have a TON of bentgo boxes. We never had any issues except for one. The tray cracked and we lived with it. Then the top portion got mold. It’s the only one so not sure the green color is defective. I called bentgo and they are helping me out and fixing the problem. Great customer service!!!

I bought three boxes for my daughters. They love them! They do not leak. They keep food fresh. They are easy to open. One of them had an issue with the seal after heavy use for a few months, and customer service was phenomenal. I sent a photo of the boxes seal, a photo of the receipt, and the model of the box, and they sent a replacement within 12 hours of my email. I will definitely be recommending Bentgo to everyone I know!

I recieved the purple Bentgo Brights lunch box from my cousin as a gift for my at the time upcoming Kindergartener. I absolutely loved the box and so did my girl, however we somehow got a crack in the insert. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement. What speaks volumes about a company is not only that they stand behind their products, but how courteous they were during the process. I am a lifelong customer, and have bought other products. Don't waste your money with cheap substitutes. You get what you pay for!

Love the Bentgo lunch boxes! My daughter has been using them every day for the last 2 years and she'll likely continue using them well into her elementary school years. Bentgo customer service is also fantastic. We had an issue with the sealant, rubber area growing mildew, and not only are they sending a replacement, they also offered thorough cleaning recommendations to use going forward.

Hi there we just got our first bento box, and my son is obsessed! He just started outdoor school and they have to have their lunches in a bento box and I'm so glad we found your product it has made our lives so much easier! He loves eating out of his Bento box so much that he now requests it at dinner and in the car ha! thank you for making such a great product! This lunch box is a definite game changer for the preschool set. It's easy for little hands to open on their own and quite durable. I love that it's leakproof so I can include dips like hummus, ketchup or peanut butter and not have to worry it will be a challenging mess for my 3 year old to open and use. The compartments keep everything separate which is helpful when you have a child who hates when food mixes or sauces from leftovers bleed over to another item. There are so many colors and prints to choose from and it helps my child get excited about their special "big kid" lunch box! My only complaint is the buckles because they can be challenging to close if you over fill the box so make sure the food fits before closing.

Our bentgo boxes are well loved by my son and myself! So when an issue arose with one of our bentgo boxes. I reached to bentgo to see if anything could be done. They offer to send us a new bentgo replacement with a verification of purchase. I explained to them that I had lost my receipt from August 2022 and they are replacing our bentgo box for us anyways as a courtesy!! Best customer service!!

We got 1 pink Bentgo Chill Box for our daughter’s snack time at school. She enjoys fresh cool fruit everyday and it’s easy to clean! We also have a blue Kids box for our son for pre-school. Very pleased with the quality and colors on these containers!

I love the bentgo lunch boxes. I have had 4 and never had a problem with any! I love the bentgo lunch boxes. I like the fun colors and it has the perfect amount of room to store all of their lunch items. I have asked my kids on numerous occasions if has kept their lunch cool with just one bentgo ice pack until lunch and they said it has!
