I bought the bento box two months ago and I had a miss function. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me with a resolution the same day! We love bentgo products and the customer service team is very responsive and helpful.

My daughter broke her box after one month of use. Bentgo replaced the box really quickly! My favorite lunch box brand ever.
