Ordered two of these boxes and they have been amazing makes packing lunch easy and my kids love the separate compartments and ease of use! They fit in our lunch boxe and keep their food fresh. The customer service team is top notch! They are quick to reply and extremely helpful!

These have been great for my 4yo to bring to school daily. They’ve endured quite a beating so far, and I love that they are largely spillproof. My son has unfortunately managed to break the straws, but the fantastic customer service is helping us with that. I wish that they kept water cold longer, but that’s just the nature of a plastic water bottle.

I bought these for my three and five year old for school.. It's a good size and fits enough food for lunchtime, with no leaks. They can also open and close it on their own (with a little practice for the younger one). Despite our best care efforts, mold developed on the silicone seal after a year. The warranty is real, folks! They are replacing it after a straightforward email exchange. It makes the pricetag worth it, since it can last several years.

I use these daily for my 5 year old and 3 year old for school. We love all the separate compartments, which allows me to make sure they get all their food groups in and my kids have no problem opening it. The customer service is amazing as well. There was some spots on the inner seals after a year of daily use, and they shipped me a replacement immediately! I will continue to purchase their products.

We ordered the purple lunch box with dividers for my daughter for kindergarten. Unfortunately the snaps on the side of the lunch box cracked and broke off. The company has been very helpful and shared with me information about the two year warranty. When love got busy and I forgot to reach back out, they contacted me again, eager to help resolve our issue. We really do love these lunch boxes and appreciate a company that stands by their product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child is able to use this box every day for lunches. My child really likes the box. My child finds the box easy to open. The compartments seal holds the food where it should be without anything moving around. The compartment trays are large where it contains enough food to fill my child up. The box washes very well, my only complaint is takes a really long time to dry.

I love the box. a plastic piece broke making it so that I could not 'lock' one of the clips and I contacted customer service and they are able to replace the outer shell via this review. The box is the perfect size etc. everything I need for both of my kids lunches so I am glad I will be able to keep using it with the replacement outer shell. I wish it hadn't broken to start but am happy with the customer service.

I have a few of these lunch boxes for my 2 young children. Not only do we use them for lunch but we take them while we travel as snack boxes on to go! We even take them out to eat and put the leftovers in to save on the plastic take away containers! They are just the right size for the portion sizes kids need. They also stand behind their products and how many companies do that now days? They are also aligned with community out reach. These are companies that I will continue to come back to. They think about the lifetime of their products and they are thinking about their contributions to community and the broader w.orld. I look forward to seeing if they move down the more sustainable materials route. Overall, great product and company.

The silicone material that is on the inside lid of the container, the 'leakproof technology' turns moldy after awhile. I've been using this for my son for about 3 years, and now there is a black mold on the silicone that is impossible to remove. Seems like it's better to go with an all-BPA free plastic container or a metal container.

I purchased this water bottle about 2 months ago and found it very hard to clean around the straw. There was mold build up. I contacted customer service, and they are replacing the bottle and have provided instructions on how to clean the straw area effectively to help reduce reoccurrence of mold build up. My daughter likes the easiness of using the water bottle and I will give it another try.
