We've really loved our bentgo lunchbox. It's great at sealing food in and avoiding leaks. My kiddo loves it. We ran into an issue with mold in the container, and when we contacted customer service, they were SO helpful. I love bentgo products and will continue to purchase them.

We have 3 Bentgo boxes for our toddler to bring to daycare. The lunch box effectively separates portions of food from mixing together. Positively, the box is leak proof, which saves our bags and car from damage. The tray is very easy to wash and we rotate it between the dishwasher and hand washing. We'll be buying more Bentgo products. A quick tip for purchasers. If you pack meals the night before, put the removable tray portion into the fridge separate of the lunchbox to avoid any chance of mold growth.

I bought Bentgo kids lunch box last December for my toddler. I chose this box after much research and am happy with my purchase. Pros: My then 15 months old baby was able to open and close. Easy on toddler's hands. More options to pack food. Food stays in compartment unless it is wet. The compartment sizes are well suited for toddler needs. Cons: Mold appeared on the lid after 9 months of usage. It's better not to leave it unwashed overnight. We could not find the replacement parts but are happy with the customer service. They offered replacement as it is under the warranty.

I bought 3 Bento Kids Boxes over 2 years ago for my children (now ages 4, 8 and 10). They use them everyday. Their food stays fresh, does not leak, stays in its own compartment and the kids enjoy making their own lunches, too. Of course, when packing the lunches, I help the kids make their lunches colorful with fruits, vegetables and other nutrient-dense options, which the kids eat (and I love that they eat so healthy). Yesterday, the plastic coating on the top has started coming off (but only on 1 of the Bentgo Boxes), yet it is 3 months past the warranty (they are over 2 years old now). I called to ask if I could purchase the outer box (since the inner shell is still intact). Rosa said they can not do that, but they would just replace the entire box - and for free, despite it being past warranty! I am extremely grateful that we made the purchase of 3 bentogo kids lunch boxes and that they stand behind their products. Excellent product, it makes lunches fun, my kids eat healthy, and I am extremely impressed with their customer service!

We have been using these boxes for our daughter since she was 2 years old and in pre-school. They have never leaked when closed properly and the compartments have worked well for us over the years. Our daughter is now 8 and we are just moving up to the larger size Bentgo lunch boxes. Love the variety of colors and designs.and recommend them to others!

We love this lunchbox. My daughter uses it for lunch and it's very convenient and she can open it and close it herself. Easy to pack, easy to clean, for the most part. We have only one issue where we got mold forming on the seal and had difficulty cleaning it off. When we did find something that would get it off, the rubber started wearing off. Customer service has been great with cleaning suggestions and is sending us a replacement right now. If we didn't have the mold issue I'd be giving it a 5!

We have been a Bentgo family for 4 years, these lunchboxes have helped my picky eaters learn to enjoy their food and have provided a reliable way to get their lunches out the door. After the clips on our first bento box somehow both broke within a week, I wrote to customer service who sent out a brand new box. You can’t beat that kind of customer service. Buy these products with confidence!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child is able to use this box every day for lunches. My child really likes the box. My child finds the box easy to open. The compartments seal holds the food where it should be without anything moving around. The compartment trays are large where it contains enough food to fill my child up. The box washes very well, my only complaint is takes a really long time to dry.

We bought two of these purple lunch boxes for our preschooler, since her school does not provide lunch. We follow the cleaning instructions diligently (insert goes in the dishwasher, outer box is hand-washed as soon as it arrives home. Despite good care, the inside of the cover has developed black mold that we are unable to remove.

I have been purchasing these lunch boxes for three years. The compartments are perfect for my little ones. It packs enough food so they are not hungry throughout the day. Also, I can pack yogurt and it won’t leak into other compartments. My little ones love picking out new designs when we buy more!
