My daughter loved her Bengto until this morning when she discovered mold on the upper lid. I tried everything to get the mold off and was unsuccessful....tea tree oil, vinegar soak, microban. You name it. Unfortunately, after the attempts to get the mold off and the aggressive scrubbing, we won't be able to use it anymore.

I have one for my 4 (almost 5) year old daughter to take to school and it makes packing her lunch in the morning so easy. Great portion sizes and no wasted baggies. Just received one as a gift for son and it had a crack, customer service was prompt and great!!

I bought these for my kids about a year ago and recently one of them broke. The customer service rep could not have been more helpful. Not only did they send me a replacement product within two days, but he also helped to register them for the extended warranties. Very happy with this company!

We've been using these boxes for a few years now - starting in preschool and now through first grade! They are easy for all three of my children to open, and able to keep food nice and separated like little kids like. We never have any problems with leaking. We've had to replace a few due to the latch breaking, but we use them every day so not terribly surprising.

The Bentgo boxes are a game changer for my family. They’re simple to clean and the separate compartments allow my children not have to worry about opening any packages. Also, customer service is always helpful and ready to answer questions or handle inquiries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child is able to use this box every day for lunches. My child really likes the box. My child finds the box easy to open. The compartments seal holds the food where it should be without anything moving around. The compartment trays are large where it contains enough food to fill my child up. The box washes very well, my only complaint is takes a really long time to dry.

I have had this product for almost a year for my 5 year old son and have been very happy with it. The inside compartment is dishwasher friendly but the outer shell is not. About a month ago the outer shell part accidentally made its way into our dishwasher and deformed slightly. I reached out to Bentgo and their customer care team went above and beyond to assist me and offered a replacement solution. It arrived within 1-2 days and they were extremely prompt and friendly with their customer service. I will definitely purchase more Bentgo products and already have purchased another lunch container because I am so pleased

I brought this about a year ago and it’s been great product. I like that there are lots of compartments to provide a variety of foods for my son’s lunch. It keeps food cold well. We did have an issue with the latch but the product comes with a warranty and customer service has been responsive.

These lunch boxes are awesome by themselves. Perfect for school or even a trip to the beach. But the Bentgo customer service truly adds to this. I recently reached out about some mold that had begun showing on the rubber/silicon seals on the inside lid. They quickly got back to me with some suggested cleaning options. When those still didn’t work, they sent me a new box, expedited shipping. I only emailed looking for advice. I’m seriously impressed with how it all was handled!

My son has sensory processing issues which impact his feeding. Having the Bentogo kids container for preschool is absolutely amazing. The separate compartments keep each food separate, no spilling over, and the perfect size for each food. The locks are very easy to manage by himself. I couldn't be more happy with this container.
