Got this for my daughter to keep her lunch and snacks separate for preschool. It's easy for her to open and close and she loves that her food isn't all touching (she's a little picky). As the time has gone by the silicone part of the cover has some mold in it and I don't feel comfortable putting food in it. I tried different cleaning methods and was just told vinegar is best. I will definitely do that with the next one. Oh and their customer service is top notch, very kind and helpful!

I have one for my 4 (almost 5) year old daughter to take to school and it makes packing her lunch in the morning so easy. Great portion sizes and no wasted baggies. Just received one as a gift for son and it had a crack, customer service was prompt and great!!

This lunchbox is perfect for my preschooler! Completely leakproof and perfect portion sizes. I will say I did notice a spot of mold on the rubber seal after several months of regular use - I contacted customer service about this and they gave me suggestions on how to clean it. When that didn’t work for me, they replaced it free of charge. We will be especially mindful to promptly dry this after use moving forward. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

Love the boxes and the customer service is even better. I used these daily for my kids and after a year some did develop mold in the silicone top. I called customer service to see how best to clean this and they are helping with this problem. My kids love the boxes and keeps their lunch separated.

The boxes are amazingly leak proof, I'll definitely buy more Bentgo products. These are my favorite lunchboxes for my 6/8/10 year olds. They only have 20min to eat at school and I love that with these they don't have to waste any time opening packaging -- everything is ready for them right away. And I love that I can keep everything separate. Even ranch dip stays in the center when I send veggies!

We bought two of these purple lunch boxes for our preschooler, since her school does not provide lunch. We follow the cleaning instructions diligently (insert goes in the dishwasher, outer box is hand-washed as soon as it arrives home. Despite good care, the inside of the cover has developed black mold that we are unable to remove.

They can also open and close it on their own (with a little practice for the younger one). Despite our best care efforts, mold developed on the silicone seal after a year. The warranty is real, folks! They are replacing it after a straightforward email exchange. It makes the pricetag worth it, since it can last several years.

I ordered two for my granddaughters, they had asked for them at Christmas, after not finding what I wanted in stores, I ordered online, they came quickly, packaging is great for gift giving. The product and Customer Service is outstanding. I definitely will be ordering more for gifts. Thank you
