I have issues with this item. It is larger than I expected and holds more food than I usually eat for a meal. The lid easily becomes cross threaded and is then hard to get off, especially because it is so smooth on the outside and is too large for me to hold comfortably in my hand so I can take the lid off. And even after I preheated the container before putting in the hot food my food is still barely warm by lunch. I am quite disappointed by these results.

The exterior design is good but we found water is trapped inside the lid and there is no way it can be opened. Appreciate if there is some support or guidance on the website can be found easily. Am afraid there is mould when water strap inside for a long time.

Kept my yogurt ice cold! Can't wait to test it with hot food. It's definitely leak proof and while appears to be quite large, fit comfortably in my normal lunch box. Love it!

Very hard for a child to open. The website does not have a return option, you have to call to request it. Absolutely will never buy directly from them again!

Finally a container large enough to enjoy soup!! Seriously its large enough for my lunch and for my daughter (4th grade). It’s like the traveling pants that fits anyone size!

What a great insulated food container. The grandkids love left-over "sketti" and the size is perfect for kid-sized portions. Anything can fit in this container: your imagination is the limit! Soups too. Easy to open and close.

Love the blue finish on the outside of the container. Have used it a couple of times for cold food and then for hot food. Kept the temperature pretty well. Good size and high quality.

Purchased as a gift for my husband to use for his steel cut Irish oatmeal/gruel. He likes to make overnight oats and this stainless steel bentgo bowl is PERFECT for the job!!!

I love this product. Big enough for my soup and other small meals. The only issue is if you close it with very hot foods, it can be challenging to open.

This food container is a nice design, but the size and shape are impractical for the average lunch box. This is quite a giant container. It is nicely made and aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately, I have to send this back.
