On the day of my event I opened the package to find it was missing the lid rests. This feature was one of the main reasons I selected this model! Very disappointing. I hope chefman is going to make it right.

Will use it this is later this our 56th anniversary . Just the two of us so this is perfect. He likes beef and chicken and potatoes I am a vegetarian.

Used once for an occasion and it worked perfectly. Very neat that it lets you have 3 dishes at a time. But would recommend an extension cord, since the cord is short and doesn't go out that far or down that far.

There's a chip on the wall of one of the crock pots. Is there a way to get just a replacement crock? I don't live in the same town as the store and it's not convenient to take it back.

I love the product. I'm a versatility that it supports however, I am concerned since the three lid holders were missing from the packaging if this is simply an overall process issue, in terms of assembly and quality assurance.

The product is well packaged and looks just like the soup and or breakfast setup at your local hotel for buffet. Can't wait to use this for a soup setup for our Christmas party's.

I love it. Love the size, it fits perfectly in my car and my car comes with an outlet to plug anything so cant wait to go for a picnic and have hot food for the length of our stay in the park.

Its brand new, havent used it yet, bought for use at easter dinner. Ill have to get back to you, but, ive had chefman products before and they were very well made.

It worked great. It kept my food hot for a few hours. I had family over for dinner and they arrived at various times but the food was a perfect temp. I would recommend. Also the cover holders and the serving spoons was a huge plus.

We bought this one because our digital crock pot front panel quite working after 2 years. So disappointing. We are hoping yours lasts longer with the dials.
