It was just okay. It lacked important info about the temperature each level achieves, how long food remains at improper temperatures (below 140) how long and how to best preheat the inserts. I preheated the crocks half filled with water for an hour to get close to 140, carefully dumped the hot water and added the warm food. It relieved some of my anxiety re: food safety. There are no instructions regarding how to keep hot, already cooked foods hot for a couple of hours safely during a buffet.

This product is incredibly convenient, it cuts down counter space when we have big gatherings and allows for easy self serving for everyone! We have wanted to add one of these buffet style slow cookers to our arsenal for forever!!! We are soooo happy to be able to use it all the time!

I am excited to try this. One thing I wish it had was some type indicator light showing that the unit is on. I think that it would be very easy to forget the units were on and a light would be a nice reminder. Also, when I turned on the base unit to do the initial cleaning, as recommended in the guide, I see that the front and sides also heat up (The stainless steel part where the knobs are) which could be dangerous, I feel like I'd need to put up some type of caution or tell my guests to be careful.

I've only given it a test run so far, but I know I'm going to love it! Great for entertaining for friends and family gatherings.

Used it for a work potluck. Trying to get it up and running for a taco night. Hopefully make some birria while it slow cooks

This triple slow cooker came in handy for my son’s birthday party. The only reason why I put 4 stars was because it came bent and we can’t oust the bent area off unless we take it apart. Still functional.

Haven't used it yet, but so far I just love the 3-pot accommodations, and the features, especially being able to cook 3 separate dishes at the same time without having to stand over a hot stove!!

Makes having multiple snacks or sides easy! Use it as a warmer or appetizer maker for parties or even set yourself up with a taco/nacho bar, so many possibilities!

I have always been a very simple and minimally modern. I finally got this because I live alone and love smaller but hearty meals. This saves me from having too much left over.

Will use it this is later this our 56th anniversary . Just the two of us so this is perfect. He likes beef and chicken and potatoes I am a vegetarian.
