This oil can be used daily. The bottle is large and a glass container. We used this to saute our veggies and even used for a marinade. Can be used for what you need it for. Overrall a great cooking addition since it can be for high cooking temperature as well.

Please bring back the avocado oil in the glass bottle, we love this oil.

Bottle labeling does not specify being “cold pressed”. If not on the label, it isn't.
