I give Member's Mark Avocado Oil 5 rating because it's healthy and it's great for frying at high temperature.

This has many uses. I use it to fry many items, I substitute it for all cooking oils and have great results

My husband loves to cook things in avocado oil because it can be use with higher temps without burning.

Great avocado oil wish it was one sourced. Most oils at Sam’s is not. That is the only reason it got 4 stars.
