Yuk! It just tastes like oversalted Miso, with a hint of pepper and ginger. NO real flavor AND it’s super watery. What a waste of money! I’ve had Korean BBQ before and it was Much more flavorful and way LESS SALTY. Ecclesiastical, 8-Octive HYPE for this product FOR NOTHING?! Call me sorely disappointed. 😒😒😒

This is the best all-purpose teriyaki BBQ/marinade/stir-fry sauce I've found. Was looking for a sauce that would help me duplicate the teriyaki cheeseburgers I used to get many years ago at a restaurant in San Diego. Bachan's worked for me and now I use it for just about everything Asian I make.

This is my third time buying this. I have four sons who are extremely picky. This is one sauce. They can all agree on whoever invented. This is a genius. It taste good in everything in anything.! we personally like it on rice and on chicken steak, I can keep going! I would definitely match it with the Yum Yum sauce though

Are you kidding me, I should have been buying this forever ago! If you have been making your own authentic tasting teriyaki sauce this is for you! I have been mixing soy sauce and mirin with a little chunk of brown sugar for good measure forever! This is so much easier, and it taste even better!

While the sauce is less thick than other BBQ sauces, it’s great on everything! It was a great marinade for chicken, delicious as an upgrade to soy sauce on my Asian dishes, and my 7 year old even enjoyed broccoli once I added “the Octopus sauce”. Ha!

What can I say, This sauce is so versatile and flavorful! I use this with almost everything. Cooking eggs, throw some sauce inside, Grilled some steaks drizzle some sauce on top to finish it off. Need a marinate, just let your chicken soak for even less then an hour and it comes out as if it was marinating all night! I can go on and on! I love you Bachan! thank you for coming onto my life!!

The title on this is a little deceiving, it is not a typical bbq sauce, almost tastes like a teriyaki only more complex and delicious! I found this as %231 on Amazon so I tried it a few months ago. Didn’t expect to love this as much as I do! I add it to EVERYTHING that I feel is a bit bland. I use it as a dipping sauce for meats (I am sure meat would be amazing marinating in this but I am not the cook in the family), sprinkle it on mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, pretty much anything! I go through 2 bottles by myself per month so that ought to tell you something! Buy it, you won’t be disappointed, addicted yes, disappointing no.
