Great for meat, or over rice. Great as a marinade or a sauce, with a strong soy sauce taste but you get the other hits of garlic In as well.

This is the best sauce ever. So good on salmon bowls, stirfry, chicken, everything. Can't recommend highly enough.

Smells good. Using the rib recipe today. Problem is, the 17 oz bottle only has 12 oz of sauce in it. I see now why you have to buy two bottle packs.

Very tasty and unique flavor. I’m very excited to try this on some of my recipes instead of teriyaki.
