Great sauce, it balanced well and can have endless application I've used it for fried rice to chashu to tonkotsu. Very versatile.

This is the greatest sauce in the world. I put it on everything I eat now. I just wish they would sell it by the gallon so I can refill my bottles!

Well it's fresh, flavorful, and seems to go well on everything. But I still need to break open the sweet and spicy, I'm looking forward to that.
