My teenage niece in Scotland loved this sauce when the family visited me in San Francisco. Now I have to bring some back to Scotland every time I go back. Needless to say my luggage is very heavy.

I love this sauce! I put it on almost everything! I purchase 6 at a time and have to hide them from my grown daughters when they come to visit or they will take one with them when they leave.

It surpassed my expectations!!! If you want something different but not too strong, this is it! Goes well with just about anything you would add soy sauce to.

I used the sauce as a base for a glaze for a whole smoked duck. It came out awesome the sauce is rich with a wonderful flavor profile. I will use it often for meat, poultry snd fish. I am Going to use it for cast iron seared scallops next.

Extremely flavorful, reminiscent of teriyaki. Thin enough to use as a marinade. To coat chicken wings, I simmer the sauce on low heat until it thickens. It's amazing.

I love it... it's a cure all for bland food!! I wish I would've bought more to share with my family. I bought one extra to give to my brother in law... but I think I might give it to my brother instead.
