Made the Citrus Salmon recipe last night using yuzu sauce. You know something is good when you wake up the next morning thinking about how amazing it was. Can’t wait to try the others.

I’ve recently tried Bachans Original BBQ sauce as the primary ingredient for my beef jerky marinade. It’s absolutely perfect. One bottle of Bachans, some liquid smoke, course ground black pepper and favorite hot pepper sauce ( if you like spicy) and you’re on your way to some great beef jerky. Hands down, Bachan’s is the perfect base ingredient for great jerky.

This is pretty salty. The first ingredient is soy sauce so that is one reason why the salt, but this was a bit too salty for me. And to me, it didn't have a lot of flavor. Maybe because it was runny and not sticky like I thought it would be. I did put it in a pan and cooked it down a bit before adding to my chicken. Wasn't thrilled with how it tasted because all I could taste was soy and salt. I am sure it will get used as we love Asian inspired meals, but will have to use it instead of soy sauce.

I am finding more and more uses for this. I add to mayo, use as a salad dressing, add to dry rub to brush onto roasts after searing meat as a prep to enhance roasted meat. Any meat. My current favorite is to mix into my ground beef before making a smash burger. Pan sear. Oven roast. Outdoor grill. I am stocking up.

Sorry, I don't understand the hype about this sauce. It is okay. But I don't think a 17 ounce bottle is worth 7.98

absolutely delicious i keep this in my pantry at all times and can make a great meal with any meat veg and rice

I love to marinate my steak in this sauce, and it make the steak taste amazing! I put this sauce on literally everything for an added delicious kick!

Wow. This sauce is so amazing. I used it to marinate chicken and it turned out so bomb. Can’t wait to try the other flavors.
