I've used these tests for all 4 of my pregnancies but never had an issue until this current pregnancy. I noticed an issue particularly with the dark pink caps. I have a history of loss so I use these tests to track progression. Like I said, never had an issue until now. These tests do not pick up HCG like other tests which made me think I was having a chemical pregnancy. All my other brands tests are progressing properly. Attached is a picture of 2 different brand tests taken the same day, with the same urine. Very disappointed in the tests now.

I loved these tests when we were trying for our first, but in the two year since they've gone down hill. We started trying for our second almost six months ago and I have had four tests with AWFUL indents. First Response needs to have better quality control to ensure the tests with indents aren't packaged. First of all, having the indent makes the test invalid and therefore a waste of money. Secondly, try being a woman who struggles with fertility thinking you have a faint positive only for it to be an indent line. Giving three stars, because at one point they were great quality, but they need to work on their product.

I used one five days before my expected period. It was a clear negative. Four days after my expected period, I decided to use another first response stick because the two other strips I used of a different brand came back with two lines. The first response came back positive, but not sure why it didn't detect sooner like the name swears by.

This was very accurate and gave me the result I was looking for every time. It met my expectations and did what I needed it to do. I don't think it needs to be improved at all. I used it twice, one time with both my kids. I would not buy again because I have a tubal ligation and won't need it

I did have a negative, which is fine even though we are trying. The curve on the handle made it virtually mess free. The only downside is that the window is curved so it may cast a weird shadow that for a second looks like a very faint positive. If they could correct the window, it would be almost perfect!

This test is really good I have nothing bad to say about it except that I personally don't prefer the lines just because I feel like it kind of confuses me sometimes so I'd rather go for something that clearly state what it is so yeah but that's basically the only downfall

I have used this product a couple of times in my attempts at pregnancy and it was a very clear negative the first month. The second month it showed a faint line 3 days in a row. I've heard they are harder to read because they are curved and I can see why with the way light reflects from the viewing portal. However, it's not hard to see either no line or a faint line. Maybe a redesign to make the viewing portal flat would be best?

I am so happy a company finally made a test that is easy to read and use! The results are displayed large enough to read and there isn't a confusing design in regards to how the results are displayed. The last thing anyone wants while taking a pregnancy test is to be confused!

I have always used these tests. They are fast and reliable! Always give a confident answer! I am glad they also went back to the old design, although I am certain the results were plain to see there was a lot of squinting going on with the curved design. Not fun!
