I took four different first response early response tests, all on different days. Each test showed a very faint line within 2 mins. I assumed that I was pregnant, so I called my doctor. My blood hcg level was less than 1. So I was not pregnant! Do not trust these tests. My test were all brand new and not expired.

It made it a little easier to hold and use initially - especially when being held by nervous, excited hands! I def would buy this again!

I bought this 2-pack product last month to test early. I took the tests two days apart, & both tests were very obvious positives. All other tests have consistently come back negative, as well as my period coming on time. I had to explain to my SO that we actually are NOT pregnant. It's obvious how this can be so upsetting.

I've used these tests for all 3 of my pregnancies, they work great. But one thing I've been recently noticing is that they are giving misleading results. I've gotten what I thought were positives, and negative on other brands. The past month I have bought 2, 3-packs of these tests and some had no line at all, some had a faint pink line, and the rest had a very noticeable indent line. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The actual stick is great because it contours to your body, but unfortunately due to the curve it can be hard to look for a faint line. When I move it in the light, all I see is glare so it's very annoying for a POAS addict. Being in the TTC community, we live for those faint lines, so if the window would be moved to somewhere more flat it would be perfect!

I followed the instruction, so I tried it actually on the 4th day that I missed the period. So I put my urine in a clean container, and dip the tip for 5 seconds. And wait as instructed for 3 minutes. My test came out negative, which is kinda relief for me. What is great about this product is it can detect early, so great for women trying to conceive. And it's my first time to encounter a pregnancy kit that you just dip the pregnancy test, usually you need a dropper and drop the urine, so this is more easy to use. I have purchased about six packs of these test this month. And they all have some kind of indent line on them. And with the curved design it gives you a glare that makes them really hard to read. You waste so much time trying to find the right lighting to see the results that your time limit is usually up before you can see it clearly. And I also have gotten a very faint pink line on two test within the time limit and both ended up being negative. I'm not sure why they decided to change the old design but I really wish they would go back to the flat design. Maybe widen the handle and keep the wide tip. But until then I will have to find another brand because these test are too expensive to have to guess every time you take one.

I had been trying for a baby for many years, came to the US and had needed GYN surgery and got told to try again....first missed cycle and I grabbed two of these. It claims to give us a accurate result 5 days before your missed period but it isn't actually that accurate as it depends on your HCG level at that point...and the level varies from women to women. My first test was negative and second faint positive....I now have a soon to be 8 year old daughter. It is pretty clear to interpret results, but just know it's only 50% accurate prior to your period and if negative should be repeated a few days later

Although I believe all pregnancy tests are pretty accurate and the same. I did like the ones that you can tell almost right away if you're pregnant. They are easy to read and really no room for consumer error. I will not buy again just for the simple fact that I will not be having anymore children.

The last 2 months these new FRER have given me false hope. The indents have color and show up btw 3-10 minutes and slowly fade but makes you crazy. Boxes (3 boxes of 3 tests last month and 2 this month) have all yielded these ambiguous results that are heartbreaking after my beta levels come back.
