[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the new curved design, it made using the test easier than the average straight test. The test gave quick accurate results in the time frame given, which is always a plus. My only complaint is that the lid was lose and wouldn't stay on very well. I would surely buy this product in the future!

I find this test to be affordable and accurate. With each pregnancy I have bought this test because I always liked to take two. I had to be sure. Each one was accurate and would show fairly quickly. I would certainly recommend this test to anyone who needs an affordable test that is accurate.

I've been planning this pregnancy for a while now and I bought a pack of the digital test.... I took BOTH TEST on two different days and they both came out positive.... When I go in for the initial prenatal the doctor tells me there's nothing there and your blood work says you're not pregnant. Thanks for the false hope.

Two months ago, I took two regular first response tests... they came back positive. Took the digital one twice and both times got ‘?' Went to the doctor and I wasn't actually pregnant. Bought the triple check box again, first one positive. Second and digital negative.

I took a first test the day of my expected period (says 99% accurate 5 days before so I figured I was safe), followed instructions to a T and got a negative result. When my period didn't come for two days (never late), I took the second test the same way. Clear positive! But trust has been broken, First Response. Broken.

These new tests always seem to show a line no matter what! I have always trusted this brand until they changed to this new kind. I was told that this is now a quantitative test and will show a line with any amount of HCG in your system. Now I will not be buying anymore. Imagine all the heartbreak with these false positives.

I have used First Response for years. The new curved tests are the worst tests out there. I have picture after picture of tests that look positive with 2 pink lines and the beta was negative! Bloodwork confirmed the same day tests were taken that they were false positives. I have several friends who have experienced the same thing with these. I am an owner on a board on Babycenter and I tell all the ladies to stay far far away from these tests! It wasn't a one time fluke. It has been test after test from multiple different people. The old flat tests are the very best, but incredible difficult to find anymore. Huge mistake on First Response!!!

Took this test 7 days before my EMC (expected menstrual cycle) and it came back positive. Couldn't believe it and I took another one with the same result. One doctors urine test and blood tests done the same day and yup I'm pregnant! For the ladies that are getting a slight line but comes back negative elsewhere try the next week your HCG might not be strong enough yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When testing the First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test, it states that you can see a result as early as 6 days before your missed period. As I am trying to avoid getting pregnant right now, knowing sooner than later about a pregnancy is best. However a friend of mine who was trying to conceive used this same product and did in fact get very clear positive results 6 days before her missed period. So it works well when it comes to the "6 day early" claim. I found the product easy to use. It has a long handle so your hands stay clean. The test pad is also long so it's easy to get in a stream of urine. It comes with a cap, so you can cover the test pad while you are waiting for results. The result square is very clear and easy to read. The instruction sheet was also very clear and easy to read. My only improvement for this product would be, and this is because I work in health care, that the product still come with a pair of plastic gloves. Even though the product is designed to keep your hands nice and clear of the genital area, I did get a splash of urine on my hand when I was replacing the cap for the test time period. This was a great test to use especially because Im impatient! If I feel it I want to know as soon as humanly possible. For me it worked and it was a true read even before my missed period. I highly recommend this test for any anxious mamas trying to get pregnant. Baby dust to everyone
