I also had 5 false positives! My fiancé and I were so excited to be welcoming our first baby together to have blood drawn and it be negative. This is a sadness we wouldn’t have felt without false positives. I spent over $100 on these test and confirm kits, not only did every digital show nothing but a clock, but I have FIVE line tests that show a positive. I bought these because I’ve always heard they were the best. I’ve never seen a positive on these before, and was elated when I saw both lines. These need to be pulled off the shelves, as I’m clearly not the only one this has happened to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am usually not the type to urinate directly onto pregnancy tests. I like the urinate in a cup and dip method better. However, the curved handle of this test made it easier to urinate directly onto the test. I REALLY liked the wider tip as well. This test was easy to use and gave me accurate early pregnancy test results.

I have been going through infertility for 2.5 years. I used 2 of these tests 10 days post IUI in the past it’s always been a blank screen clear as day negative, this time faint lines. It gave me SO much hope and happiness that lasted 24 hours for every other test company to say negative. This is HORRIBLE for people in my position and watching others videos I’m not the first one!!!

This was always my go to test, however, I have purchased 5 boxes in the last 2 weeks where all of my tests showed a light postive line. -- from a woman that had multiple miscarriages, this is heart breaking. I am never purchasing this brand again.

It is a little confusing to figure out the day you are supposed to take it. I like the product and the idea that it will show you 6 days before the missed period. However, I wish it had a chart on the side with the day of the expected period and the day you are supposed to take the test. (Example: If you are expecting your period on "x", take the test the "x" before.) It is a little confusing to try and figure out. But if it had a chart, this would have been a 5 star product hands down!

bought this test because it is supposed to be the most accurate. gave me a faint positive reading yesterday and i started freaking out because i’m not TTC. read up on reviews and saw that this brand has had many problems with indent lines so i took 3 different brands this morning as well as another FRER. ALL NEGATIVE !!! this brand needs to be taken off the shelves for all the emotional turmoil it is causing multiple people.

First response has always been my go to test. Ive had to use it twice in my life, once being negative, once being positive. Both times, the results came back clear. I also like the new design, made easier for those who prefer not to do the dip method. Its also a pretty quick response. My positive showed up before the three minutes were up. The price is right, as well. Definitely one of the cheaper ones for name brand.

I see a lot of people getting their hopes up on here only to be let down. I just want to say, in the nicest way possible, it’s pretty obvious when it’s positive or not. I thought my line was faint but seeing some other photos on here mine is definitely not as faint. I’ve only been late for my period about 4 days so it does detect pretty early. Just to save you some grief, if you have to squint and put your eyeballs right next to the strip to see the line, it’s probably a negative. :(

I bought a two pack of the curved wide tip First Response pregnancy tests and only one worked. I mean the one that didn't work stayed blank and didn't do anything! The one that did work, worked fast and was very clear! I like the brand of First Response, but not sure about spending a decent amount of money on only getting half the product. Since my husband and I are trying to get pregnant we are testing often, so that itself already starts to add up. Then throw one that doesn't even work in there and it leads to more disappointment.

Excellent product. I haven't used it for a case of confirmed pregnancy, but it was always accurate and effective. It was very clear to read as well. I would always very highly recommend this brand above all others for accurate results at a fair price.
