I just recently got a test that already had two pink lines before it was even dipped in urine. This was two months ago. I contacted the company and they handled everything really well and refunded me. I really had a lot trust in first response since my first miscarriage in September. Well here we are in April 2022, one month after a chemical pregnancy (the test was too dark to be an indent in that case & I took a couple of other tests which were faint), and I got WAY TOO excited that I was pregnant again! I literally watched my dozen tests over the course of several days get a strong line with more color. Just like I did with my chemical. My partner could see them too so I know it wasn't just me. Finally, I bit the bullet and went to get betas done… only to find out EVERYTHING was a lie on my first response tests and my betas came back DEFINITELY NOT PREGNANT. Mind you there were about 5 or 6 different batches that I had gotten, every last one of them with a faint line. It started off as an indent and then had color. Not a lot but with early testing we don't expect it to be a lot but to see any progress, especially following a chemical pregnancy and a miscarriage not even 6 months apart… any change counts! After finding out that I fell victim to first response (after trusting them again) just like so many other women, I was devastated. I wish I could show you just how convincing all of my tests were in progression but in a total rage, I broke every single one of them and threw them all away. I am sickened by the fact that first response even gets to continue selling these or having them on the market. I can't even say there is a way to make it right now having spent HUNDREDS of dollars (like upper range hundreds) since September only to be tricked and scammed right after a chemical pregnancy… I even question the legitimacy of my positives in March now from that chemical. I know I am only one of many women who are being dramatically affected by this and I know I speak for many when I say, DO NOT BUY OR TRUST FIRST RESPONSE! Especially not for early testing! We're better off using internet cheapies in bulk than continuing to pay a company who is robbing us blind knowing our desperation! I hope someone sees this and considers again using first response! I am a POAS addict to the max and first response was the only brand that I once thought wouldn't lie to me! I am officially wrong! Baby dust to all!

I bought several boxes of these tests this month. I got positives on MANY 6 days sooner, the rapid and digital tests. I had blood work done last week to confirm pregnancy. My HCG level was <1. I took another First Response test after that result and got another positive. I therefore decided to try other brands and only got negatives. I decided to have my blood drawn again a few days later and got the same result (negative). My husband and I spent close to $100 (if not more), just this month on tests. These tests are not cheap! It was a waste. We kept buying this brand as it is supposed to be the best. These tests caused a very emotional week and heartbreak. I'll stick with my cheap tests from Amazon as they are more accurate and affordable.

These are literally the only pregnancy tests I will use! My husband and I have been trying for almost a year now to get pregnant and these tests make it so easy for us to find out if we are pregnant or not. They are user friendly and don't give out the false negatives like other brands do. These are the most reliable pregnancy tests out there!

It's heartbreaking to go through a loss, only to get your hopes up when that second line is there at the 3 minute mark. Only to discover it's an indent, and a recurring problem that no one in charge seems to care about. Forst Response used to be my favorite brand, and I will no longer be recommending. All 4 of my tests came back with indents within minutes 4 days in a row

I am a few days late for my period and figured this test would be best... detects pregnancy 6 days before missed period. I'm 4 days late and this should read properly right? Well it is positive!! So I went right away to the clinic and got 2 tests done there... both were negative. So now waiting a few more days to get another test done.... I was freaking out with that positive... hoping I get my period asap or a few days take another test... and hoping its negative. However if its negative still....means this test is wrong!! I see alot of people having issues with false positives!!

This is the only pregnancy test I have ever purchased. I have had excellent results with it! It definitely let me know I was pregnant with both of my boys earlier than other tests would have. It's definitely easy to use and easy to read. I have recommended this brand to others.

I've never actually been pregnant but I've used these before just to make sure. They are kind of expensive but I do feel like they are reliable and I like that you can take them sooner. I keep a few of these on hand just in case. You can find these at any drugstore or grocery store so they are easily accessible.

After purchasing several tests and getting faint positives on all of them (3) I double checked with another brand and a clear blue digital as I had a faint positive last month and got my period the next day. Every other test was Negative. I am not pregnant. So thankful I didn't tell my husband or family. What an embarrassment First Response. Do better.

I have bought over 10 pregnancy tests as I have been trying to conceive for a year. On every single pregnancy test it come up as positive my husband and I get beyond excited when taking an actual blood test it comes back negative! I understand on evaporation line but for more then 10 pregnancy tests to come back positive and giving us that hope just to crush us again!

Two months in a row this test has given me an Evaporation line within the “read” timeframe. The line has been pink, but very faint. Both tests were inaccurate. Extremely frustrating to people actively trying to conceive. Will not be using this brand again.
