I'm trying to conceive so I have bought 6 boxes of 3 FRER pregnancy tests. Every one of those boxes full of nothing but false positives. Photos do those positives no justice as they are very clear with the naked eye. I'm disappointed and heart broken and will never purchase another FRER again. If I could give this brand a zero I would. Save yourselves the heartache and buy a ClearBlue pink dye instead. Avoid FRER at all costs!!

I bought this test after reviewing all the products on this website and tested 6 days early (5 before expected period date) it came back negative but I would barely be pregnant if I was so I wasn't expecting a positive, I'll test again in a few days with the second one. I love how easy to use the test was. Also, my friend used this test it came back negative and she ended up getting her period so test for her was accurate.

First Response is always have been my go to tests. Recently with the new design, its wider and more comfortable,but I am a dip type of girl. I'm not crazy about the new evap lines it leaves also. I had also quite a few false lines show up within time limit. Keep the old design also!

HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I HAD 5 TESTS ALL SHOW POSITIVE ONE MORNING GOT SO EXCITED RAN TO MY DR TO HAD THEM DRAW MY HCG LEVEL AND IT CAME BACK 0!!!! IT WAS NOT FAINT LINES EITHER THESE WERE CLEAR DARK LINES . THIS PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF THE SHELF!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PRODUCT 0 STARS I WOULD

If I could give this product zero stars, I would. I have had two false positives using the new curved design. On both occasions I got two clearly positive results and was not pregnant. Having just had a baby a couple of months before, the idea of another baby so soon was stressful to say the least. Next time, I will save myself the panic and use a different brand. I have attached a picture of one of the false positives.

I purchase two different packages of these tests. The first package I took two tests, one from the old package and two from the new. They all gave me a very faint positive. The line was PINK. I know an indent when I see one and this wasn’t a colorless line. Only to wake up to my period a day later and negatives on another brand. I will NEVER use first response again after this. It is heartbreaking to get your hopes up after over a year of trying only to get them shot down.

I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old, I have always used First Response and never had an issue until now. When I was pregnant with my second child their test told me several days before my missed period with such an incredibly faint line my friend claimed she couldn’t see it, but sure enough I was pregnant, I tested in the morning and there was a faint but clearer line. I’m including this story in my review because I saw another review tried to claim the lines people were seeing on their false positives were too faint and people were interpreting them incorrectly, but that is wrong. There should be no second line at all unless you are pregnant. Everything online will tell you, even a very faint line is a positive test result and false positives are very rare. Today I took 2 of these tests from one box and the hey game me a clear line, more clear than the first test I took last year when I was pregnant with my son. I then bought several other brands, including a new box of First Response and everything is negative. Thank goodness I came online to read these reviews, I am now very sure I am not pregnant and I was just unfortunate enough to get one of their bad boxes. This is incredibly irresponsible, I don’t know why this company has not done a recall.

When I fist found out I was pregnant I used this test an it was very easy to use also if you need more explaining there's instructions in the box nothing to really improve wish stuff like this wasn't so expensive tho when time comes I would purchase again!!

Product got the job done. It’s been accurate every time I’ve used it, with both positive and negative results. I like these because they’re easy to read and they aren’t expensive at all. My go to when I need to take one. You should give it a try too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am unsure of the purpose of a twist design. I feel it made the test more difficult to read. I had to hold both tests up the light to make sure they were negative. I was hoping for a positive test but I will keep trying for a baby. I prefer the non-twist tests.
